With the SCP foundation gone Myra and Adam had their teams group together to repair any levels that may have gotten damaged by the SCP foundation and the war. Myra knew how tired Aurora and her team were from the war and told them they could relax and get some rest and leave the repairs to everyone else.
Aurora wanted to help but knew it would be pointless to try and fight Myra about it. Aurora and her team left back to Kitty's house for some rest. Everyone tossed their bags and weapons in the storage and took showers. Kitty decided to whip something up for the team while they took their showers and got in some more comfy clothes.
Thought they couldn't help out with the repair of certain levels they decided to help kitty around the house since it's been awhile since they got to do some cleaning. Kitty cooked, Aurora did laundry, Faye mopped and Zavia straightened up the rooms and bathrooms. Once everything was done they all gathered in the living room to eat and watch some cartoons on Kitty's tv. Aurora checked her phone and seen an update on the MEG page. Myra had big plans for the backrooms starting with creating a detective squad to solve the backrooms most interesting mystery cases.
Adam wanted to start a school to teach young entities how to get along and to be kind to wanderers to make the backrooms safer and easier to explore. Everyone's ideas were good but Aurora had to admit the adrenaline from being chased was fun. Scary but fun nonetheless.
After a good rest everyone turned in for the night and went in their rooms to get some sleep. They didn't have to be up early for awhile since everything was calm and chill in the backrooms. Just simple repairs and helping aid the entities that got hurt, mainly the partygoers but apparently the SCP attacked others behind their back. The partygoer attack was the one they caught them in the act doing.
Aurora took a breath and relax closing her eyes and letting sleep carry her to the dream world, she didn't have to but she was going to check in on everything tomorrow.
The next day Aurora and her team got themselves ready and started heading to level 4. Once they entered they seen an interesting sight. Myra noticed them and walked over to them.
Myra: team Aurora! Good morning. I wasn't gonna call you guys in and I'm sure you just noticed buuuuut....
Adam came out of no where just as excited as Myra and finishing her train of thought.
Adam: WE HAVE NEW PEOPLE!!!!
Myra: not so loud Adam, but yes. Just last night while guilda and her team were on their late night patrol they found a lot of people had fallen into the backrooms and gathered them all here. Me and Adam are telling them about our group and the backrooms and filling them in on what they missed.
Adam: currently they're thinking about which team they want to represent. Not that it matters too much since MEG and ASYNC are one now.
Myra: so far we have three new members on each team but the others are still deciding and walking around the level meeting everyone and learning what everyone's purpose is here so they can try to find their calling and choose a team.
Aurora: wow talk about perfect timing. I hadn't thought about it much but I did realize we haven't had alot of falling wanderers lately especially before SCP.
Myra: yea it is strange how the number of people falling into the backrooms decreased and just randomly increased after the war and the banishment of SCP, their couldn't have been a more perfect timing.
Mr.K: that could be your first mystery case file. Why the number of people falling into the backrooms was so low before SCP showed up and why it suddenly got a huge increase after they left.
Myra: ooo, you're on to something MK I should look more into that. It could be important. I'll make sure to put a pin in it, in the meantime you all should go around and introduce yourself to the newbies. I'm sure they'd love to meet the backrooms top defenders team Aurora.
Aurora: I'm sure of it.
Myra: well I'll see you four around, come on Adam we got some work to do, and also stop drinking so much coffee it's making you hyper.
Adam: no it's not! *pouts*
Aurora and her team look around at all the new people they managed to get literally over night. Faye smiled and crossed her arms.
Faye: well? Shall we meet the fresh meats?
Zavia: Faye don't call them that, you'll scare em off.
Faye: whaaat it's true? They have noooo idea what they're about to commit to and they have nooooo idea the hell they missed by literally two days just to keep this place running.
Mr.K: that's true but that's why we fight right? To protect the backrooms and the wanderers. To aid the new people who come to follow us and our beliefs that this worlds existence is proof that humans can have a chance to start over and create the perfect world full of peace and no harm or violence everyone wanted.
Aurora: yea, that's right. The real world or, the frontrooms as you entities call it is proof of humans trials and tribulations, what happens when you try and fail but try again, but it's also a resort of what happens when a group of people don't get along and feel they have to live their entire lives proving one is better then the other and that effects the people, the world terribly.
All the violence and murders, and other horrendous acts. Some say a perfect world would never exist because people will always argue over a small disagreement or they have other plans. I believe that those different plans is exactly what could make a perfect world people just need to grow up and learn to make it both work. Like MEG and ASYNC. Rivals for as long as we all can remember finally came together to stop a common enemy and make the backrooms safe for all once again.
Faye: it's not impossible, just challenging.
Zavia: and only certain people are up to the task.
Mr.K: you all are here, I believe, because the backrooms chose you all, it believe you all can work together and create the perfect world you all wanted and your wins from the war of SCP prove your committed to do what it takes to get that safe and perfect world.
Aurora: yea, maybe you're right. Could be an act of randomness, luck, fate. Doesn't matter to me, I'm just glad I met such amazing people, people I'm willing to fight and die for, a world that for once I want to fight and die for.
Aurora smiled and looked at her team.
Aurora: enough reminiscing, we got newbies to meet. And who knows, maybe we'll have a generation of top backrooms defenders. People who will come after us.
The others agreed and followed Aurora. This was the start to a new future, a new generation, a new backrooms.
