Operator senko and sergeant major scrim was on a mission of their own, they were sent by zeta-9 to sabotage the M.E.G base after operator ragnarok and sergeant major chimaera made it back to base after the slight delay from the bacteria entity. They successfully contained it and plan on studying it once all SCP soldiers were back at base. Senko and scrim snuck into the MEG base and started sneaking around.
Scrim: be on your guard senko they could be anywhere.
Senko: Rodger, sergeant scrim; I'll be very cautious.
Scrim and senko entered the main lobby of the base looking around to find where the research lab was.
Senko: sergeant scrim I have a question.
Scrim: you may ask your question.
Senko: should the base be this empty? And...dark?
The base lights where off and their wasn't a single person in sight, not even MEG base patrol. Senko found it weird nobody was here knowing they could be raided at any moment.
Scrim: don't drop your guard, this must be part of some plan to trick us.
Senko: right.
Scrim and senko looked in every room they found until they reached the research lab. Scrim and senko stood on opposites sides of the door, it was locked.
Scrim: on the count of three I'm gonna break the door down and we're gonna breach the room.
Senko: Rodger.
Scrim: 1.....2.....3!
Scrim kicked the door down and breached the room with senko following close behind, they looked all around the for any signs of anyone hiding in the room.
Scrim: left clear.
Senko: right clear.
Scrim: don't turn the lights on. Their probably expecting to see a light of some kind indicating someone is here.
Senko: right
Senko and scrim used the mini flashlights they where given to read over the papers and documents, anything they believed was valuable information they took. MEG had a lot of information unlike A-Sync so it would take them awhile to collect everything.
Senko: sergeant scrim I don't like how easy it was to enter the base and collect this information. Something feels off.
Scrim: I agree, something is wrong.
Scrim and senko stopped for a moment and looked around again. Senko walked out the room and held his gun out looking around. Still he seen no one.
Senko: all cle-
Senko was tackled and the sound of his head hitting the floor alerted scrim.
Scrim: senko!
Scrim ran out, gun in hand but as soon as he left the room he was tackled as well. The lights cut on and they were surrounded. Senko and scrim watched as the MEG team dropped down from above. Both looked up and we're amazed. They were hiding on the ceiling the entire time! They didn't know how they managed to get up their or even blend in so well to go unheard or unseen. Scrim was pissed he didn't think to check the ceiling, but then again what normal person hides on the ceiling?
MEG head leader Myra took her gun out and shot both senko and scrims communicators and trackers. They not only couldn't be tracked by the rest of the SCP team but they couldn't contact them and they couldn't be contacted by the Z-9 operator.
