Stop acting like nothing happened
Take accountability for what you have done and accept that it won't just go away over night
So many guys think that getting flowers or chocolates will fix things but that's just a quick one off gesture and if what you are doing becomes a pattern then of course it's going to take longer than a night or two for your Mrs to forgive you, trust you again and believe you actually mean your apology
Apologies mean nothing without a change in your actions
