"Psst.""Psst.""Psst, Y/N, wake up."I stirred and opened my eyes a bit to see a gigantic oni on top of me, and I knew it was none other than my boyfriend, Mr. Arataki Itto. "What do you want?" I said, annoyed that he woke me up in the middle of the night. Itto grinned, his wide, toothy smile illuminated by the moonlight. "Come on, get up! There's something amazing I want to show you." I rubbed my eyes and sat up, struggling to shake off the remnants of sleep. "Itto, it's the middle of the night. Can't it wait until morning?" He shook his head enthusiastically, making his distinctive horns clank together. "Nope, this can't wait! You're gonna love it!"

With a sigh, I followed Itto as he led me outside, still dressed in my pajamas. The night air was dark and cold, and I shivered a little, regretting my decision. But Itto's excitement was infectious, and I couldn't help but be curious about what he had in store. He took my hand and led me to a secluded area in the wilderness. There, in the soft glow of the moonlight, I saw a giant, peculiar-looking rock. Itto turned to me, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "Y/N, meet Rocky!" He patted the rock, causing a faint echo to reverberate. "Rocky here is my secret spot, and I thought you'd appreciate it as much as I do." I raised an eyebrow, unsure of what to say to the massive rock. "Itto, you woke me up in the middle of the night to show me a rock?"

Itto chuckled, clearly unfazed by my skepticism. "Not just any rock, Y/N! This rock is my confidant, my counselor, my secret keeper. When I have a tough day, I come here to talk to Rocky. And you know what? It listens, and it doesn't judge." I couldn't help but smile at his sincerity. Itto's childlike wonder and his attachment to the rock were endearing. I leaned in and kissed his cheek. "Well, in that case, hello, Rocky. It's nice to meet you too." Itto's eyes lit up, and he hugged me tightly. "I knew you'd get it, Y/N. Now, let's have a midnight chat with Rocky!" And so, under the moonlit sky, I sat with Itto and his trusty rock, sharing stories and laughs until the early hours of the morning. I won't lie, Itto is the weirdest person I know but I don't really care if it's a bad thing or a good thing because what matters is I love him. It wasn't the grand adventure I was expecting, but it was a night I'd always cherish, just me, Itto, and Rocky, under the stars.

"You mentioned that when you have a tough day, you always come to Rocky but never come to me," I said with a bothered look.Itto's eyes widened, and he scratched the back of his head sheepishly. "Well, I guess I never thought about it that way. You see, Y/N, Rocky doesn't interrupt with its own thoughts, and it's just a great listener." I couldn't help but playfully pout. "Am I not a great listener too? I promise not to interrupt ever again." Itto chuckled and pulled me closer, wrapping his large arms around me. "Of course you are, Y/N. You're the best. It's just that Rocky is, well, always here, and sometimes I need that immediate outlet. But you, you're my rock too." I smiled, feeling touched by his words. "I can be your midnight confidante as well, you know." Itto kissed my forehead and nodded. "Deal, from now on, I'll come to both of you for advice." We continued our late-night conversation, this time with Itto opening up about his work, his dreams, and his funny comments about his life. The night was filled with laughter, warmth, and a deeper connection between you two. Rocky might have been the original listener, but you were the one who had a special place in Itto's heart.
