Charlotte drive me to school so I'm here early. I stopped in Caffé for black coffee. I sit on a stairs in school area and enjoy the fresh fall air. I know even if I will make good morning I won't run away from afternoon.
We're writing a test today that I didn't know about. That's great.
I don't have much lessons with Sae today but I need to talk to her. She didn't respond to my messages.
We have math next period. We are in same class.
I was waiting for her. She finally came and sit before me.
' finally' I said.
' sorry I know I should be there when He came and not just run away but I didn't know what I was doing' She said in one breath.
' what did you do?' I asked slowly.
' oh shit you didn't know. I'm an idiot'
' you're telling me you were there too. Whan I text the the wrong number' She smiled nervouss.
' thank you, you're really the best friend I can have'
' I know' She stood up and hug me.
' Okay, it wasn't that bad' I said.
We finished and hour earlier so I went home before practise.
I changed my clothes. I lay for a bit.
Someone came home. I have closed door so I don't know who is it. But I guess it's dad.
They knock on my door and open. Yeah, It's dad.
' you're home early' He said.
' I'll go out in like twenty minutes. We finished early in school So I went home before practise' I said.
' Okay. And how is the practise going?' He ask.
' fine, we already know four dances and in three weeks the tours will begin' I said.
' Okay, than enjoy it' he said and left.
Charlotte call me when I was about to leave.
' yes?'
' hey, what time do you finish practise?' She ask.
' I don't know it's different every day. About seven maybe later, why?'
Awesome, come to the shop after practise I need your help with cleaning. My coworker isn't here today. I'll pay you of course'
' Okay, no problem I'll be there around eight' I said.
' yeah, I'll close at eight so be here. Thanks, sis'.
I was a little bit in rush but I made it in time.
I'm so emberrast when I arrived in practise room. I was looking on my phone and sit on the bench far from place where Christopher have his things.
There are twelve of us.
' where are Mira, Im-hee And Nuea?' I asked Ayaka
' I don't know, propably skiping today' She said and didn't pay much attention to it.
' hello' Christopher arrived just in time.
' I just had to go for my laptop so I'm a little bit late' he said. He is not late, he still have two minutes but I guess he likes be everywhere on time.
' I see we are missing someone. Three people, so are they going to be late?' He asked us.
' I don't think they'll come today' Ayaka answer.
' yes, okay they'll learn it later. So sit please before we start I need to disscus some things with you'
We sit on around and he sit infront of us.
' well we need to talk about what will be when tours starts' He took some papers and looked at them.
' first, I noticed some of you still are not adults so you need confirmation from you patents that you can participate in tours. If your parents won't allow it I'm sorry but you can't be there. It's related to the second thing if you are still in school the company will send an e-mail to you school about your future absence. And this is also point you need to think about. You will miss a lot of school and I mean a lot. Three of you are in school and one of you are in a final year so think about it. You can still leave and focus on school but from my personal experience you can do both. I graduated from collage when I was already an idol.'
I started to realise the reality. I'm in final year of high school and I need to graduate, my mom wants me to be CEO in US but I'm here. I hate school I don't plan going to collage and now I'll have enough absences to get fired from school.
' I know I should say it in the first day, but I wanted you to try it, try this first week and than disated if you wanna continue'
All of us were silent. He was looking at us for some time and than pick up other paper.
' And now the better part. The pay to start will be around 350 000 won. After some months it will maybe go up. It depens on how many fans will be on concerts and on how many competions we'll be.'
I never imagine it like this, I never realized we'll get money for this. This is really my haven.
' Is there somebody who never flown a plane?' He ask. Three people lift hands.
' okay, don't worry it's okay I fly plane all the time. You guys will always fly plane before me because of paparazzi. The company wants you to have as much privacy as you can' he stopped and took a deep breath.
' I have a list of cities where the concerts will be. Here' He gave us list with dates and cities. I read it. Oh my god there is a lot of cities I wanna to visit. This is insane.
' no-classic era will be around seven months. After the tours, your contract expires and it's up to you if you will continue or not.'
' May I ask how many school we'll miss?' Cha-woo ask.
' to be honest I don't know but it'll surelly be more than 40%. But like I said the company will send an e-mail and will arrange it to you. You won't be fired don't worry' He calm me down. Mom is still going to kill me but not that much.
' the first concert will be 4th of october the day after the album will come out. It won't be s big concert just a small one. One week later will be the first big concert. Right after that I don't know maybe two days later we'll fly to Japan for a concert.' He pick up all papers and than give one me, Cha-woo and Soo-jin.
' please give this to you parents and than give it back to me' when He give the paper to me, he stopped and looked at me.
' how was you weekend?' He smiled.
' I'm sorry I didn't mean to-'
' thats Okay' He stopped me.
' no, it's not Okay. I didn't mean to do that I'm sorry'
' let's forget about it Okay?' He smiled.
' thank you' I whisper.
We didn't do anything new. Just repeated old chorographies.
' Okay, go home for today. I also have something now so have a nice rest of the day and see you tomorow'.
I put on a jacket and vent out. I have a lots of time so I'll walk to Charlotte's Caffé.
The air is starting to be a little bit cold but it's still okay.
I was walking when someone walk to me.
'this is not you regular way' it was Christopher, He appear next to me.
' I'm not going home' i said.
' May I ask where are you going?' He smiled.
' help my sister in her Caffé it's maybe 20 minutes walk. It's Caffé named best mornings I guess'
' wow, I know that Caffé I go there often' He said. I realized the Caffé is close to idol dorms.
' that's nice I love the coffee there but it's not close to my school So I don't go there often' I said.
' well I'm going to studio so we can go together' He said.
' if you don't mind' I smiled.
' I didn't mind yesterday, I don't mind today' He said. My smile faded.
' I'm sorry, Mr Poreth I really wanted to text my sister not you' we stopped.
' to be honest I'm glad you text me. I made sure you are okay, home and safe. You Are not an adult and the world is cruel' He was looking in my eyes, it felt so good, So peacefull. Like my dream a few days ago.
' why do you care about me so much' i said that. I didn't mean to say it but now it's out.
He smirked. ' to be honest I don't know either. I just feel like I should take care of you, you know I was once your age too and now I know how much care people specially girls your age need. But if you are unconfortable I can stop, you know if you have a boyfriend that take care of you just say it and I'll stop' his voice was shaking, he's nervouss.
' no I don't have a boyfriend. I was just asking because it..' I didn't finish sentence.
' okay, let's not talk about it' he said.
We were talking about dance and future concerts. Than we were in front of the ethertainment. We stopped but he was still talking.
' what city do you wanna visit the most?' He asked.
' London' I smiled.
' why?' He asked.
' I love London history and the weather, it rains a lot. I love the sound of rain' while I was talking he was giving all his attention to me it was actually interesting for him.
' have you ever travelled? I think yes because you didn't raise your hand when I asked if you never flown by airplane' He said. He really know every single detail. Never miss anything.
' I was once in China. My mom's best friend lives there so we visited her'
' that's nice. China is beautiful country but I never had chance to explore it enough' He smiled.
After a few second of just silent awkward laugh I said: ' I should go my sister is waiting'
' yes of course. Good night, Lily. And tell your sister I say hi' He laughed.
' yes She will be happy. Good night Mr Poreth' I waved And left.
I knocked on the Caffé door. Charlotte opened and let me in.
' what took you do long?' She asked.
' we finished a little bit late' I said.
'Okay, sweep the floor I need to clean the coffie machine'
She wasn't saying anything. I guess she's tired from today so I was silent too.
After a hour we had everything clean and we left. We sit in car and She finally said something.
' how was your day?' She asked.
' as usual. What about yours?'
' i had a lots of work' She said.
' Char? Can I ask you something?' I looked at her.
' what?' she ask.
' I need to sign one paper and I don't want to give it to mom'
' what have you done, Lily? Did you skip school or something?'
' no it's for dance practise' I said.
' And what is it. I'll sign it for you but you need to tell me what is it'
' it's a permission from a parent that I can be on a concerts, travel to other countries and skip school' I looked out of the window. She stopped on the trafic lights.
' Okay listen to me. You know I always help you get out of problems but even if I'll sign it and I won't, mom will find it out anyways and we'll be in a big trouble' She's right, but I tryed it.
' thanks anyway, I'll figure out how to say it to her' I said.
' I'm on your side, Lily I'll help you but you need to tell her'.
' I know'.
