[Scene changes to Berk. The rest of the teens are flying around.]

"Come on, Meatlug! Woohoo!" Fishlegs says "Yahoo!" Ruffnut yells.

[Snotlout flies near Gothi's hut, scaring her Terrible Terrors. Once they land he flies past again.]

[Gothi grunts and shakes her fist at them]

"Ha-ha." Snotlout says "Hey, how are you?" Stoick asks a villager "Beautiful day" he says to another villager "Hello, Spitelout, great game today" Stoick says.

[Stoick nearly bumps into another villager]

"Oh, sorry, Mrs. Ack." Stoick apologized.

[Gobber is at his smithy doing dentist work on a Zippleback]

" Any sign of him?" Stoick asks Gobber "Ah, he's probably flown off the edge of the world by now. You sure you want that kid running the village? You can still delay your retirement" Gobber tells him.

"Oh, he's ready. You'll see" Stoick tells him "he will also have Katalina with him running the village because she would be chieftess" Stoick then tells him.

[Hiccup and Katalina arrive on their dragons]

"Haha! There he is! huh? The pride of Berk!" Stoick says as he see's Hiccup "look who finally decided to show up for work yay" Gobber tells Hiccup "Sorry got held up" Hiccup replies.

"Hey, Dad, could I have a word?" Hiccup asks "Something you're itching to tell me?" Stoick asks him "Not quite the itch you're thinking of, but yes" Hiccup says.

"Good man! Now, lesson one. A chief's first duty is to his people. So... (Calling out to villagers waiting for their saddles to be made) Forty-one?" Stoick calls.

"Forty——" Stoick starts "Could we just talk in private for——" Hiccup try's to tell his dad about the trappers "That's me! That's me! I'm next! I was ahead of you!" A Viking said "If we could just talk" Hiccup try's again.

"Excuse me, I've been here all day! Okay, I want one of those high seaters, with lots of spikes and big stowage compartment" the same Viking said "Absolutely! You got it, sir!" Stoick told him.

"Dad, this is actually a little more important than building saddles" Hiccup said. "Ah-ah! Lesson two. No task is too small when it comes to serving your people" Stoick said not even looking at hiccup.

"Dad" Hiccup said "Oh, excuse us, Grump" Stoick said to the dragon "Look can we just talk?" Hiccup asked his dad getting kinda inpatient "Grump! You let the forge die down again!" Gobber yelled at his dragon.

[Grump lights the blacksmith on fire. Hiccup screams and Gobber groans before pouring water onto the fire.]

"That's it, Grump. You're going up for adoption!" Gobber told his dragon again "One of these. And this..." Stoick said "DAD—" Hiccup finally yelled at his dad "There you go! Go on. Have away" Stoick said "But, seriously, I really need to tell you about this new land we came across" Hiccup lowered his voice.

"Another one?!" Gobber asked "Any new dragons?" Fishlegs also asked "we didn't stick around to find out. These folks weren't particularly friendly" Hiccup told them "Oh, really? Your Night Fury and Light Fury didn't bring them cheering to the rooftops?" Gobber asked sarcastically.

"No, this was different. Not the standard run-for-the hills hoo-ha I've come to enjoy. These guys were trappers. Dragon trappers" Hiccup said "You should've seen their fort. All blown apart and stuck in giant spikes of ice. It was weird" Katalina said "I've never seen anything like it. Hiccup said

And worst of all, they thought we did it!" Hiccup said "Y'know, you two are gonna get yourselves in SERIOUS trouble one of these days. Not everyone appreciates this way of life" Gobber told them.

"Gobber's right, son. Best we keep to our own. Besides, you'll have more important uses for your time. [Turns on mechanical saw] Once we make the big announcement!" Stoick said "They are building a dragon army. Or-or at least the guy they work for is. Ah, "Dargo Bloody Fist" or something" Hiccup told his dad after turning off the saw.
