I didn't find any architectural description of the Bureau des Aurors in canon so I imagined it based on Sainte-Genevieve Library in France.
Chapter 7
Ministry Register of Magical Births is a made up thing, not part of the canon. Unless it is? Does the Ministry have its own birth register??
Chapter 8
The French on the letter means "Ministry of Magic - Auror's Office" and "filed on May 2nd, 1981" respectively. If any of you readers are French speakers, sorry... my French... not good... please reach out if you feel kind enough to give a better phrasing
