Just so you know this is going to have some pretty heavy stuff, like a lot of our headcannons, and projecting some of our trauma onto the characters. It's gonna get pretty angsty so be prepared.
This owl house au takes place in the early 2000s, all of the characters are human. Hunter was adopted by Camila when he was around seven, most of the story takes place when he is about sixteen. There are multiple original characters that are very relevant to the plot. If you haven't watched the owl house, you won't need to in order to understand this Au, I think it'll be explained really well, but I suggest you watch it anyways, it's really good.
