I just finished designing the Spring collection, yeah I am the type of person who does their work last minute, but when you are already established as one of the best in the industry you don't need to worry about shit. Not to brag but it is what it is. I checked the clock and it is now 3 FREAKING A.M, shit I should go to sleep, but before that, yes there must be an if, I should go and get something to celebrate my next collection, like I finished my designs right on time so I should treat myself. I live alone so I gotta celebrate alone, I can't wait to go back to the States and spend time with my family, it's exhausting in the city of lights, Seoul. Let me get my jacket first, I opened the door of my 'very big for 1 person' apartment' and went down the stairs. As I got out of the building the cold air brushed past me causing me to shiver a bit, not a lot though. I started heading toward the neighborhood convenience store, I hadn't eaten since morning, I was hungry and I just realized so, I guess I was just too focused on my work.
It is midnight still people are still walking on the street. A group of friends are walking on the street-drunk, it's so lively, them enjoying their life, laughing and talking with each other, making loud noises not caring about anyone else. The traffic light turned green, the group crossed the road, and another person is on the other side of the road, watching and smiling faintly at the group like me. It is a very wholesome scenery indeed, but only she among the other people on the road is watching with such interest. As the group passed by her, she stared at them with a broad smile on her face, like that is the most beautiful thing she had ever seen. I am also staring at the most beautiful thing I have ever seen, her. Her standing, smiling like that like a daydream.
