A year has passed since Charisma went ghost.

Alana looked in the mirror at her hair as Venice stood back after she had finished it. "Oh wow! Venice... It looks amazing, thank you..." Suddenly Alana started to cry, fanning her face with her hand to stop the make up from smearing.
"Alana don't cry... this should be a happy day..
"I am happy... it's just... well, I never thought a man like your father would look at me... I just need to know that I can keep him happy.."
Venice crouched beside her. "He wouldn't have asked you to marry him... if it wasn't what he wanted.." she smiled. "The car will be here in 10 minutes... so let's reapply some of this mascara and liner and think happy thoughts.. but not ones that make you cry.." Venice told her.
Lani walked into the room with a huge bunch of flowers for her. " These are for you..." she beamed.
"From who?" Alana said taking them from her and sniffing them.
"From all of us... You've been good for dad, he's a different man now for this family and we all thank you for it.." she said. Venice side eyed Lani, but continued with the make up.

Alana smiled. "Thank you Lani this means a lot.."
"It was actually Payton that chose them... have a look at the note she wrote.."
Alana took the card out of the small envelope and read.
Alana, You have been amazing for me and to me, at a time when I needed a mother you were there. I hope that when you and dad finally say your vows, that you won't mind me calling you mom. Because you're more of a mom to me than Charisma has ever been. Love Payton.
Alana almost went off crying again. Lani gave her a huge a hug and Venice just quietly finished her hair and make up. The thought of her siblings not understanding their mothers sudden departure hurt her, especially as she could see that Lani was moving Payton away from Charisma and painting her in a bad light.

Keegan saw the cars pull up outside of his place. He waited on the doorstep and smiled as Charlotte was first out of the car and ran up to her father giving him a hug. "Shouldn't you be with the others." He smiled. "This is a male only space this morning..."
"Don't worry I'm heading straight to the venue with Aunt Lena... I just wanted to see you first, and see how you look in this suit... You look amazing dad..." she smiled, standing back and looking at him. "Very handsome and alluring... Alana won't be able to keep her hands off of you later....
