I was send to New York City with Enterprise as the leader of the Eagle Union, but I don't know why I'm was send here which involves of my ship was born in Sardegna Empire after they learn that I was born in Italy, but I spent my service in Romania. The Council believe since Romania doesn't exist and I was born in Italy which is now Sardegna Empire.
Ferdinand: And this is involve me why since I'm put my service for the Sakura Empire?"
Enterprise: "I try to talk to them, but due to their birthplace; they think it was decided that you transfer to Sardegna Empire."
Ferdinand: "What about the Sakura Empire? Did they agree to the terms?"
Enterprise: "Don't know, but this talk has been going for couple of months, but don't have the approve of Nagato who is leading the Sakura fleet"
Great does that mean I'm heading to my birthplace after they send me to the Fatherland due to some treaty. We head to Azur Lane Council building where all the leaders of Azur Lane is waiting for us and see what they think about transferring me. We head inside of the Council building where we're waiting for the leaders of every factions which. Me and Enterprise are sitting on the chairs before everyone enter the chamber which is the leaders of both faction.
Eagle Union Councilor: "Today we're going to discuss about Ferdinand and his position in the Sakura Empire."
Ferdinand: "I'm Regele Ferdinand a Romanian destroyer. Why am I was send here?"
Sardegna Councilor: "The Sardegna Empire request of transfer from the Sakura Empire to the Sardegna Empire."
Sakura Councilor: "I contact Nagato about this and she refuse to transfer the destroyer."
Sardegna Councilor: "That maybe, but he was born in our homeland so he official a Sardegna Empire destroyer."
They continue to argue while Enterprise sigh because this isn't the first time they argue over something so stupid which I decide to talk.
Ferdinand: "That maybe true, but I already told Lady Nagato that I'm working with her and the Sakura Empire. If you want to do the transfer then you need to talk to her about this."
Enterprise agree including the Sakura Councilor which angers the Sardegna Councilor about losing a destroyer. The meeting continue to talk until they decide to invite me over to the Sardegna Empire for a meeting which I agree since this is the a first time I see the Sardegna Empire; I bet they go over board with their tradition. I talk with Enterprise about this quiet.
Ferdinand(quiet): "Might as well since I never been there, but can I bring Takao along with me just in case?"
Enterprise(quiet): "Better than sorry. I suppose and I know the Sardegna Empire doesn't like losing one of their own ships to another faction."
I agree to have a trip to the Sardegna Empire, but under the condition that I bring someone from the Sakura Empire as an escort just in case if there's a emergency which the Councilor agrees to it, but I can sense something bad will happen. Me and Enterprise are heading out to return to Azur Lane main base where we meet with the Sardegna Empire girls greeting us.

???: "This is the destroyer that everyone is talking about."
Enterprise: "This is the Sardegna Empire flagship named Vittorio Veneto while her other sister is in second in command."
Ferdinand: "Pleasure is all mine madam."
Vittorio(happy): "Polite too; I hope we can get along together and learn the Great Empire tradition."
Ferdinand: "Actually we're planning to travel to the Sardegna Empire to see the place. I want to see if things are different there then my old world."
The girls are happy that I'm going to see the Empire, but under the condition that I bring some friends along to the trip which she agree to it.
Vittorio: "Sure; the more the merrier I always say."
Her fellow kansen explain to her that she is send to the Councilor's office and discuss the situation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Time Skip Sardegna Empire Council Office, New York City
The couple of kansens arrive at the office to discuss about their business with Azur Lane, but the Councilor question the motive of the Romanian destroyer who pledge his loyalty to the Sakura Empire and not to his birthplace.
Councilor(angry): "The Sakura girls must have brainwash him including that dog wrench."
Vittorio: "Please Councilor; the Sakura Empire are our ally and he have a right to joined whatever faction he wants to join. His nation doesn't exist anymore so he's a free man."
Councilor: "True, but he should at least stay at his birthplace or at least joined the Sardegna Empire."
The girls talk some sense into the Councilor and decide to have the Prime Minister of Sardegna Empire to discuss of this opinions which he agree to it. The girls left while the Councilor contact the Prime Minister about how to deal with the Romanian destroyer.
Councilor: "Prime Minister? The destroyer we're talking about is on his way to the Empire with an escort of Sakura girls. I failed to persuade him into joining the Empire..... I have some plans to persuade him into joining the Empire even means I have to throw some dirt."
The Councilor decide to talk to Vittorio's sister Littorio about to plan a way to get the Romanian destroyer into joining the Empire, but the question is what is he planning.
