Upon reaching my cabin a heavy workload was already waiting for me, heaving a sigh I started completing my pending work and I didn't even knew when the clock struck at 6, I hurriedly packed my belongings and started to leave my cabin when suddenly my PA entered my cabin and informed me about the investors meeting which they delayed 2 times before and now they came for the meeting, releasing a frustrated groan I went towards the meeting room on the way informing my brother about the sudden meeting and told him to go without me
After about 1 hour meeting got ended and as soon as I entered my cabin I plopped myself on my chair. To say I was tired was an understatement, picking up my already tired body I left my cabin and went towards the parking lot
suddenly someone grabbed my hand from behind and jerked me towards themselves which resulted me bumping on his chest, I was about punch him on the face when I heard his voice and released a groan
"Baby you want me to die at such young age by your hands" said VIHAAN SISODIA aka my bestfriend and hugging the life out of me
" First leave me you idiot " I said pulling from his hug "aur tu yaha kya kar raha hai, tere paas kaam nhi hai kya? itna free hai tu?"(And what are you doing here? Don't you have any work? You are this much free?)
"Haww how can you say like that to me aren't I your favourite anymore?" he said pouting, I glared at him as I was already tired and this idiot here is not helping at all
"Achcha achcha theek batata hu, are woh Dadu kal checkup ke liye aaye the na hospital toh uski hi reports tujhe dene aaya tha, lekin ab soch raha hu tere saath ghar tak chal lu" he said grinning (okay okay I'll tell, Dadu came for checkup yesterday at hospital so I came to give his reports to you, and now I'm thinking to go with you at your house)
"Theek bhai fir tu hi car chala le kyuki mai toh thak gyi hu" I said and sat on the passenger seat "jo hukum mere aaka" he said dramatically and sat at the driver's seat and we went to towards my house(okay bro so you drive the car cause I'm tired), (as you say, your highness)
"Yaar I forgot to tell you aaj Royal family aa rhe the hamare ghar dinner pe, tujhe awkward toh nhi hoga na? I asked concern was lacing in my voice (I forgot to tell you today Royal family is coming at my house for dinner, it won't get awkward for you, right?)
"Are pagal hai kya kaisi baate kr rhi hai, Bade Hukum mere paas apna routine checkup krwane aate hai, toh meri jaan pehchan hai unse" he said assuring me (Are you mad, what are you saying, Bade hukum comes to me for his health checkup so I know his family)
Upon reaching my house, I was the first one to get out of the car and went towards the door, as soon as the door opened I started saying sorry for being late
"Are koi baat nhi beta, itni bhi der nhi hui hai tumhe" Bade Hukum said to me and smiled warmly (don't worry child it's okay, you are not that late)
"Beta you go and change your clothes and then come downstairs" Papa said and as I started walking my eyes got stuck with a pair of black eyes staring right into my eyes, I was the first one to break our staring session when I heard Vihaan's voice
"Are yaar Amu tu wait bhi nhi krti hai mera pehle hi andar bhaag gyi" he said coming inside and touched every elder's feet and kissed my mother's cheeks while winking towards her, it's his habit to flirt with every single women (Amu you never wait for me, you ran inside first without me)
"Vihaan aa tu bhi baith ja aake hamare saath" Abhir bhai said making him sit with them and I went towards my room to change my clothes (Vivaan you also come and sit with us)
I quickly changed my clothes and went downstairs to see everyone already settled themselves in the dining area, the only seat which was left was between Vihaan and Abhay Bhai, so I went and sat between them which was unknowingly in front that beautiful pair of black eyes

Amaira's dress
Everyone started eating their food and I was eating my food in peace which was broken by none other than Vihaan, he started whispering in my ear
"Amuuuu can you please take matar from my matar paneer" he whispered right in my ear (Amu can you please take my peas from peas and cottage cheese)
"I gave mine to Abhay Bhai , why do you think I'll eat yours? did you forget that I also don't eat peas" I whisper yelled in his ear "give them to Abhir Bhai he will eat it, he eats mine as well" I said sheepishly
Vihaan started putting his peas in Abhir Bhai's plate, suddenly seeing peas in his plate he looked up to see the culprit and glared at Vihaan making his hand stop in mid air, he gave his puppy eyes to Bhai and again slowly started putting peas in his plate, all this time I was trying to suppress my laugh while biting my lower lip and suddenly I heard a very low groan coming from in front of me, I looked up only to see him already staring at me, I shifted in my seat and again started eating my food silently
Abhimanyu's POV
The moment she entered inside I was just mesmerized by her, the way she walks, the ways she speaks all about her is beautiful
when our eyes got stuck to each other, I was just lost in her eyes until she broke the contact and went towards her room to change her clothes, all the while I was just thinking about her, I didn't even spare a glance at her friend who was sitting with us
As soon as she came down again my breath hitched, earlier she was wearing a business suit but now she was in traditional clothes which is not doing any justice to her beauty
All the time while eating the food my sole focus was on her only, she and her friend was whispering to each other's ear
"Bhai should I make her my girlfriend, she is so beautiful" Akshay whispered in my ear earning a glare from me and he just shut his mouth and started eating his food
Both my siblings were getting along with her and having casual talks " kitni badi aur kitni sundar ho gyi hai hai meri Amu, 4 saal ki thi jab isko dekha tha fir yeh bahar padhne chali gyi aur humse milna bhi kam kr diya" Dadu said in his soft voice which he he never used with us (My Amu has grown so tall and beautiful, she was 4 years old when I last saw her then she went abroad for studies and even meeting less)
"Aisa nhi hai Bade Dadu company ke kaam ki wajah se time hi nhi mila, aur aapne bhi toh mujhe phone krke bulaya nhi" she pouted, how I wish to kiss those lips of her, Okay Abhimanyu control (It's not like that Dadu because of company I didn't get time and you also didn't called me)
"Chalo chalo ab rehne dete hai" Dadu said sheepishly (okay okay leave it now)
after completing our dinner we got up to leave and she came forward and touched every elders feet and hugged both Arjun and Akshay and came to shook hands with me, okay that got me jealous why would she hug them and only shake hands with me
because you didn't talk to her and was just staring at her like a creep, my subconsciousness mocked me
clearing of throat brought me back and I shook hands with her and we drove towards our house
