A/N: Hi everyone! I'm very excited to let you know all know about my new story The Bad Boy's Secret A totally original name I know. I'll probably change it later.

Thank you so much if you're reading this now. It means your taking a chance on this story ^.^

I'll be focusing on finishing They Don't Know About Us but holidays are coming up so I can write more.

Now before you all go criticizing... This is based on certain stories as a type of fan fiction I guess. Except the characters aren't the same or anything but are inspired by them. (I don't want to spoil too much so I won't say what particular stories yet >.<)

So I did not steal any stories. Nor have I read any stories like this on wattpad.

I probably should have at least edited the prologue... but I didn't. Whoops.

Dedicated to thepurplerose because my goodness her writing is just ;-; wow

Also, chapters will be longer. It's just this prologue that's short.

I hope you all enjoy ^.^

Skye's POV

I was driving through the heavy rain with the windscreen wipers dashing across my vision furiously in an attempt to wipe the rain away. It was dark, and I could barely see where I was going. I had just gotten my full license a week ago when I turned eighteen. Though I must admit, driving home by myself from my late shift at the cafe down town wasn't the smartest decision I have made.

There was no signal on my phone when I pulled over to check. Great, just great. No one could find me out here. No one would even think to look. That's what happens I guess when you don't try to make friends after your parent's death. The worst thing was, I am an only child so I had no one to talk to. If someone did by chance try to help me, I would push them away. Who wants to talk to some stranger about a personal crisis? Why would they even really care?

The thought of my parents brought tears to my eyes and I quickly tried to wipe them away with the sleeve of my sweater like the windscreen wipers on my car. I pressed my foot down on the accelerator and continued driving. I would find my way to my apartment. If I didn't, I'm sure I could find some motel nearby.

I didn't have a heap of money but I didn't really want to stay in my car. I wanted to at least shower...

So I kept on driving through the pelting rain. There wasn't much I could really do about it anyway. Just as I turned a corner, I strike of lightning struck a tree and then there was someone in front of my car.

I stomped my foot on the brake as soon as I saw the person. Unfortunately, depending if they were a murderer or not, I still ran into the person.

"Holy shit." I muttered.

Where the heck did they come from?

"Shit." I muttered again. "Shit, shit, shit, shit..."

I kept muttering to myself as I undid my seatbelt and got out of the car. There was a man lying on the ground.

"This isn't happening..."

I didn't have any signal either for goodness sakes.

I grabbed his arms and dragged him into the backseat of my car. How I did it, don't even ask. The man looked fit as well, let me tell you that.

I have some serious arm muscle going on here.

Once I got him inside the car, I kept on driving. I couldn't go to a motel now. The fact I have an unconscious person with me might stir up a bit of suspicion.

I didn't want that.

There was always blaming it on alcohol but... effort really. Too much effort.

Just as I was getting back to the campus I was staying at, I heard him start to stir.

"Who are you?" I heard him breathe out.

He was going to sue me. I just knew it.

"Oh gosh I'm sorry..." I started. "I was driving and there was so much rain and I couldn't see too well. Then you popped out, out of nowhere and I kind of hit you with my car. You're awake now though so obviously you're not dead, thank goodness..." I rambled.

"So you don't know who I am?"

I glanced back at him through the rear vision mirror.

"Pretty sure I don't." I told him. "Would you like me to drop you off somewhere?" I offered.

I couldn't really have a stranger staying with me. This would go against all my morals of stranger danger.

"Just the nearest place I can stay at."

"Like a hotel?" I asked.

"Yeah, whatever."

Well he seemed a bit grumpy...

I pulled the car over to the side of the road as soon as we got to the nearest hotel. Grabbing out my wallet, I handed him a couple of hundred dollar notes.

"This should pay for the hotel tonight." I told him.

He looked at me questioningly before slowly grabbing the money.

"Thanks."

I gave him a small smile. "Again, sorry about hitting you..."

"It's fine. I more jumped onto your car anyway." He told me before getting up and walking away.

Wait, what?
