Dina's POV:
My breath caught in my throat as I took in his figure, 'they broke the barrier.' Was the only thought that processed in my head, 'They actually-No, no this shouldn't have happened yet! Why is this happening now?!? I thought I had more time! Damn it!!' I curse to myself before starting to open my mouth to respond, maybe to argue back in defense, to shout at him that I had done everything I could to prepare the campers of this timeline, and that I was ready for them to arrive...but nothing came out, because I hadn't, I hadn't fixed everything, I hadn't prepared for the inevitable doom that was going to over take the camp. Instead I had just basked in the freedom of this new world I was in, forgetting that my every decision had an impact, forgetting that though I might know what was coming no one else did, 'other than your brother' my thoughts reminded me, forcing the memories of Roja being held in the air by his throat while the other version of my mother took his powers out of him with a smile on her face.
-I don't know when I started spiraling again, but I suddenly came to when Xylo stepped In front of me, blocking me from his view and vice versa. "What are you doing here," He asked before pausing for a second, glancing back at me before turning forward again. "And what do you want with her." He finished in a serious tone, protectiveness and anger overtaking his features, though if I looked close enough I could see the confusion and fear swirling in his eyes. "Oh, I don't plan on hurting her if that's what you're thinking, but she did make some promises that I intend to make her see through." He stated calmly , looking between Xylo and I as I tried and failed to suppress a shiver "Though I am quite surprised she hasn't slipped up and told you who I am." he said blankly before continuing, "But if you need a name then call me Bloodmoon." he finished, the smile obvious in his tone, though his voice gave the impression that he was reading our every move.
I could tell by the way Xylo was standing that he was confused, I mean who wouldn't be? Here was this obviously evil deity(?) standing in camp vaguely threatening his granddaughter, and possibly even the rest of the camp. Though even in his confused state he still seemed to be determined to protect the camp, something that made the guilt eating at my heart grow tenfold. 'I wonder if he would still be standing here if he knew what him being here really meant, what that meant I didn't do.' I asked myself bitterly "Well alright then, Bloodmoon, as much as I would love to have this fun chat, I doubt that's what you're here for, am I right?" Xylo questioned with forced politeness. "And it seems your assumption is correct, the real reason I dropped by is to just to..let you all know that, The Funs About To Begin." he said, seemingly trying to drag it out for something, or rather someone, because just as he finished Screams of terror started to echo from all sides of Camp. And as the gathered crowd starts to frantically turn to try and see the threat, My body could only shake and stare as Bloodmoon laughed then disappeared. 'Oh shoot.'
