Nine people, each in different disguises, arrived one by one at a café on the first floor of a particular building located at 7 Eonju-ro 159-gil, Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Once they were complete, the nine made their way to the adjacent entrance and were met by a receptionist.

"Good afternoon. Welcome to Konnect Entertainment. How may I help you?" the receptionist was unable to identify the nine because of their face masks, glasses, and hats.

"We have a meeting with the CEO?" a hint of uncertainty accompanied the voice of the person who replied.

"All right," the receptionist typed on the computer. "Can I have a name please? It seems Kang Daniel-daepyonim has no scheduled meetings for today."

Panicked but not out of composure, the nine took off their disguises and gave the receptionist a name, "I think it should be listed under Wanna One?"

Recognizing the group in front, the receptionist shot up from her seat and bowed to the guests, "I sincerely apologize! I will call for daepyonim right away."

The receptionist wasted no time to call for the intended person, informing the other person on the line that VIPs were visiting. A minute or two passed before the call ended.

"Our vice president will be with you shortly," the receptionist informed the nine.

It didn't take long before the said vice president was in their midst.

"Good afternoon. I am Kim Taeyeop, vice president of Konnect Entertainment. Welcome, everyone. Let me guide you to daepyonim's office," the VP welcomed them.

The executive led them to the upper floors of the building. They noticed everyone was busy with their work so they tried to be as quiet as possible. Of course, some of the employees saw them and were starstruck by the group, which led to hushed conversations erupting around the office.

"I'm sorry Daniel-daepyonim was not able to personally meet you at the entrance. He just recently finished a meeting involving your CEOs regarding your contracts for Wanna One promotions," Taeyeop explained. "If I'm not mistaken, he should be taking a break in his office now."

"He must be working too hard," Jisung was concerned.

"He is, indeed. He dedicated a task force to handle your reunion plans," Taeyeop said as they stopped in front of a door. "Please enter. This is his office."

"Thank you for your assistance," the nine Wanna One members bowed in gratitude.

As soon as Taeyeop left them, Jisung knocked on the door and waited for a response. When the time came when all of them had already knocked on the door once and no response was still heard, the eldest opted to open the door and entered the office.

Once inside, they found the reason for the nonresponse: Daniel was slouched over his desk, asleep. His members silently settled themselves on the available seating in order not to disturb Daniel from his much-needed rest. After all, Daniel was Wanna One's Center not only in terms of formation but also in age order; he was as important and needed to the upcoming reunion as the rest of them.

"Niel-ah must be stressed about the reunion," Minhyun whispered.

"He did negotiate with our CEOs personally. He wanted to be involved during the whole process," Jihoon pointed out.
