24. [After 4 days]

It had been 4 days.

4 days since she heard squirrel from his mouth;

4 days since he scooped her in his arms;

4 days since they embraced each other;

4 days since their orbs lit up seeing each other.

Hurt. Anger. Regret.

Rumika regretted saying those words in anger. She very well knew what her husband gone through but still she was being immature.

Meanwhile his nightmares was again haunting him. He was regretting each second of his life.

He shouldn't had raised hand on his brother. He shouldn't had raised his voice on his wife. He shouldn't had married her. Because of him her life getting disturbed.

He couldn't be a good husband. He couldn't be a good brother. He couldn't be a good son. He couldn't be a good friend.

"Yugant.... please help me...

" You didn't save me.. "

" You killed me.."

" YOU KILLED ME... "

" You're not my friend.. "

" You're a killer.. "

" No.. I didn't... I didn't... I'm not.. Please I'm sorry... I'm sorry... "

Yugant eyes snapped up. His was breathing heavily uneven. His body temperature rose up with sweat covering his suit. He saw around and found himself in his office cabin.

"You okay?" Atharv asked passing him a glass of water.

Yugant gulped it one go and nodded.

He closed his eyes placing the elbow on the desk covering his forehead and sighed. He tried to calm himself.

"Bhai.." Athav spoke in low voice.
"Vo Bhabhi.."

Yugant head snapped towards him instantly.

Atharv licked his dry lips nervously. "Um.. Akshita called me. She told Bhabhi is not feeling well and was crying since morning. She tried to call you but you're not picking up so she called me. "

And in fraction of second Yugant exited his office cabin.

He hurriedly sat in the car and drove off to Malhotra Mansion praying her to be fine.

The car came to halt and he storde off inside the Mansion.

Shipra, Nalini, Parvati Abhiraaj; everyone's head turned and all their lips curved up.

It had been 4 days since they saw him. After that incident he was ignoring everyone and was living in his penthouse.

Elders thought he was angry but they didn't knew on what and why.

He stopped in front of his room pantingly.

"Bhai.."

Akshita and Arnav stopped knocking the door and turned.

"Bhai she's not letting anyone enter... She has locked the door from inside.." Akshita worried and panicked face came in his sight.

"Rumika.. open the door." Yugant knocked the door. "Rumika.. please open the door... "
