Chapter 7

It's been a week, and Gemini is acting weird. He would go out in the morning and return in the evening, or sometimes even at midnight. When Fourth asks him to eat breakfast or dinner, he would say he will eat outside or he had already eaten. He always avoids Fourth all the time.

Whenever Fourth tries to ask him something, he would change the topic or say that he's tired and locks himself in the room. He doesn't even go to university or attend his classes anymore. Fourth has had enough of his behavior. He is frustrated, angry, confused, and disappointed.

"Why is Gemini distancing himself from me?" he thought, chugging down half a bottle of alcohol in one go. Gemini liked him too, right? The look in his eyes when he looked at him told him that he wanted him too... then why?... why... why?? Why is he behaving like that? Why is he choosing his so-called friend over him?

Ting~

A notification popped up on his screen. It was an unknown number. He touched it. A picture appeared, so he tapped to load the picture. It was of him and Gemini. It had been taken in the parking lot when Gemini tripped, and he had reached out to help him.

Unknown:
Stop touching him like that he's mine

Fourth:
And who the hell are u...

Another picture popped up. Fourth touched it to load it. His eyes widened. It was Gemini laying on a bed, his lower body covered with a white blanket and his upper body naked, with red marks on it. The same red marks he had noticed on Gemini's neck.

Unknown:
I fucked him first.

Anger filled up his veins. He quickly called the number, but the line was busy. His number was blocked. He quickly dialed Gemini's number, but they didn't pick up.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck," he punched the wall. His breath became harsh and heavy. He gritted his teeth in anger and frustration.

The door opened, and Gemini stepped inside. He was about to enter his room when he heard Fourth shouting, "STOP RIGHT THERE."

He flinched and looked at Fourth approaching him, his eyes red and hands clenched into fists. He was clearly very angry, his eyes flaming with fire. Gemini had never encountered this side of Fourth before, and he was scared.

"Where were you?" Fourth asked, stepping forward.

"A-are you...d-drunk?" Gemini stuttered, stepping backward until his back touched the wall.

"I asked you...where were you?" Fourth kept stepping forward.

"I told you...I was-"

"I was with my friend," Fourth cut him off. "Are you sure he's just a 'friend'?" he said, emphasizing the last word.

"F-Fourth, what are you-"

"STOP...STOP LYING FOR FUCK'S SAKE!" he shouted, making Gemini flinch and his eyes become teary.

"You go outside early morning and return at night...you never answer my calls or messages...whenever I try to talk to you, you always avoid me...whenever I ask you where you were, you always say that you were with your friend...why, Gemini, why?"

Gemini didn't say anything. He was scared and just looked down.

Fourth took a heavy breath and looked at Gemini, who was still looking down at the floor. "You know I like you, right?"

Gemini looked at him with his teary eyes.

"No, I don't think I like you anymore...I FUCKING LOVE YOU!" he yelled at him.

Gemini closed his eyes, and tears rolled down his cheeks.

"You liked me too, right?" Fourth asked.

"I-I'm s-sorry, Fourth," Gemini said, looking down again.

Tsk, Fourth clicked his tongue. "Sorry...you're sorry...what are you sorry for...huh...tell me."

"That day when we kissed, you knew where that kiss was leading us...right?"

"Say something, Gemini...why did you give me hope when you didn't like me?" His voice became a little soft. Tears formed in his eyes. He was at the edge of breaking down. He was hurt. He wanted answers to his questions, but Gemini was just standing there, staring at the floor.

"So you're not gonna say anything, right?" Fourth pulled out his phone and showed it to Gemini. "What's the meaning of this?"

Gemini looked up at the screen, and his breath hitched in his throat. Tears rolled down his cheeks as he stared, trembling, and collapsed on the floor. He pulled his hair harshly. "Ahhhhh....." he screamed.

Seeing him like that, Fourth got scared and his heart dropped. Gemini was the person he loved, so how could he behave so harshly with him? He sat down in front of Gemini with tears rolling down his cheeks.

"You hate me now, right?" Gemini said, looking at Fourth.

"What?" Fourth said.

"He... h-he... said he will not send you these pics if I do what he told me to do..."

Fourth felt so confused. He saw Gemini trembling. He cupped his face with his hands and made him look at him. Gemini stared at him. Fourth wiped the tears from Gemini's cheeks with his thumb.

Gemini pulled him into a hug. "Please don't leave me, Fourth... please don't... I love you...I love you so much....please fourth...i-i love you...please don't hate me..," he was crying so hard, gripping Fourth's shirt tightly.

Fourth didn't know what to do or say. He was confused, so confused. "I'm not going anywhere..." Fourth stroked his hair. "But you have to tell me the truth."

"I-I'll tell you everything."
