Background - Rocks D. Y/n is the captain of the Black Dragon pirates and as such is wanted by the navy in fact the navy has had their eye on Y/n since he started his journey at the age of 18. Ever since Y/n started his journey he has almost never ever lost a battle and as such he's known as the strongest rookie. The reason that the navy has had their eye on him ever since he started his journey, is because he is the biological grandson of none other then Rocks D. Xebec himself. And as the captain of the Black Dragon Pirates and grandson of the legendary Rocks D. Xebec, Y/n is known to be one of the strongest pirates in the world and said to inherit the title of Yonko/Emperor in the near future.
He is known as a extremely powerful fighter, having defeated multiple high-ranking marines, notorious pirates and entire fleets on his own, due to his prestige and heritage, the World Government has declared him a grave threat which further highlights his might as a pirate. His overall reputation and abilities have earned him a bounty of 3,900,000,000 Berries. He has been seen multiple times to be the cause of turning the tides of battle, due to his presence alone. Even while being a rookie, he single-handedly destroyed a marine fleet with little to no help from his crew. He has even gone toe to toe with Kaido and Big Mom on multiple occasions, but every time the fight ends in a draw, but two emperors have recognized how strong Y/n is.
