I woke up with a quickness when I heard my mom yell my name.
"Wha?" I mumbled so confused.
"Breakfast Katie, C'mon." My mom said.
"Oh sorry, what's for breakfast mom?" I muttered through my tiredness.
"Biscuits." my mom says, loud enough for me to hear her from my room.
"REALLY, COOL!" I exclaimed
"Yes, now get your little butt down here before it gets cold."
"Okay, okay! I'm coming mom." I say then head down stairs for breakfast. "Is dad still here?" I asked not seeing him at the table.
"No, he left already, you went to bed before he left. He'll be back by the time you get home from school." She said as she crumbled up a biscuit to put gravy on it.
"Oh okay." I say disappointed
•1 hour later•
"Kaitlyn, the bus is here, get your bags." I hear my mom say "Kay mom."
I heard the bus honk from out side, as I grabbed my bag and headed out the door. "Bye mom love ya."
"See you after school, Katie, be safe." My mom said as I climbed up the stairs onto the bus. All I could hear were all the kids talking and laughing as I walked down the aisle, I found an open seat next to a brown haired boy, I sat down and kind of ignored him. "Ugh just another BORING day at school." I muttered to myself.
"Hey cutie." The boy I was sitting next to said which startled me and then resulted in me punching him in the ear
"wh-" I started
"Oww, Hi I'm Jake who are you?" He said obnoxiously which practically disturbed all the kids on the bus
"None of your business." I tell him with ☆sass☆ he proceeds to push my buttons.
"Okay then, I'm going to tell everyone we are dating." He said and that made me want to punch him but I kept my cool.
"Fine I'll tell you." I said hesitantly and rolled my eyes.
"Okay then tell me." He said impatiently.
"It's Emily, now will you leave me alone? Please?" I say in an aggravated tone
"Okay Emily IF that's your real name" he said in the MOST annoying voice in the world.
"Yes it is, Okay? Now leave me alone before you regret it!"
"Awe you wouldn't hurt a cutie like me, would you?
Oh my gosh this kid is getting on my every last nerve I would slap him if it didn't mean going to and anger management camp.
"WHAT THE HE- YOU'RE THE UGLIEST BEING I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE!" I yelled at him
After calling him ugly he finally left me alone, ah yes peace and quiet

"Hey Jake, any luck with that you been talking about?" My bestfriend, Raydon said.
"No Raydon, she got mad, like I don't know she seemed fine when she sat down then she just kind of, went down from there." I said
"Well could what you said had said come off as creepy?" He questioned waiting on me to answer his question.
"I-I don't know, is 'hey cutie' creepy?"
"Okay so did you atleast get her name?"
"Yes."
"Really? She told you?!"
"Yes, but I'm not quite sure it's her real name."
"Why not?"
"'Cause I don't remember her friends calling her Emily last year."
"Oh." He says just before the bell rings
"Ope, well we got to get to class before the second bell.
"Yeah." I said before walking towards the stairs.

I got off the bus and walked in the school and to my locker, right beside was my bestfriend of many years. "How was the bus ride? Did any guys hit on you?" She asked wanting gossip.
"Ugh yes, some creepy kid named Jake." I complained.
"Oh yeah, I know him."
"Melissa! You know him?!"
"Yeah he was watching you all of freshmen year an-"
"WHAT?! He was stalking me! And you didn't tell me?" I couldn't believe my bestfriend wouldn't tell me something like that, but then again she was a way different person before we were friends and she was used to not telling anybody anything, she was very shy and I got her out of her shell.
"Yeah, he's weird."
"Pff, ya think?"
"One day I asked him what he was doing and he said uh and ran off."
"Well I gonna give him a piece of my mind after school."
"Kaitlyn, you've started enough fights this year."
"Fine I guess, bu-"
"No buts."
I sighed "fine mom." I said then burst into laughter.
"Yeah yeah," I think by this point she was annoyed with me. "Very funny Kaitlyn."
Just then the bell rang.
