Jia was getting ready for work when Taehyung came out of the bathroom. He sighed seeing her."So you want to continue your job?" he asked walking to her.
"Taehyung, I need time to think, I never thought of settling down at home." she said wearing her lipstick.
"Ok, I don't have any problem with you working but I am totally bothered with you working in the same building as Namjoon. Quit your job and I will find a good position for you in my company." he suggested.
"No, I don't like to mix my personal and professional life, things get messed up." she said and turned to him."I will tell you my decision by tomorrow, okay?" she asked and he cleared his throat in anxiety but nodded.
"Alright." he said going to the closet.
-
"What is this?" Jin asked eyeing the letter.
"Don't you think you should read it? At least be a little respectful now that I am leaving this office!" she said.
"Resignation letter? But why? What is the problem, we can fix it right? Just tell me the issue?" he asked horrified and she chuckled.
"Well have you gotten that attached to me?" she asked.
She had decided to leave this place since it was awkward because of Namjoon. After that lift incident, she hated him.
Maybe yes, Jin had gotten attached to her, she was the only person he talked to about things other than work. It was always comfortable to share the room with her.
Their bickerings relaxed his mind and healed him. He was a lonely man, and she was the only one who challenged his personality, office wasn't boring for him because of her, he saw her as an interesting company.
"Is it because of Namjoon?" he asked sighing.
"Not entirely but I guess I want to do something else, it wasn't like I was going to continue with this job forever. My father has a business empire, I should start working there or maybe commence my own start up, my MBA degree should be used." she said unsure and he smiled before nodding.
"It's alright, I will help you out if you need anything. I will be there, if you need an investor." he sadly smiled.
"Hey, you make it sound like we have been working together for years that it hurts for you to let me go." she chuckled.
"Well, you are one of the people I feel free around." he shrugged his shoulders.
"You are a brother figure, a great one. I think if I had a brother, I would fight with him day and night just like I do with you. It was a great time working with you." she smiled.
"I am glad I am not your brother. I am not willing to be one." he chuckled.
-
"I resigned today." she told Taehyung and his eyes widened in happiness, this was what he wanted.
"I am so happy, thank you so much love." he kissed her lips.
"Yeah, because I have a plan, a start up plan, I always wanted to do something on my own if possible and show my dad I am not useless. A business venture is quite interesting anyway, I am up for the challenge." she said excited and his smile wavered a bit before he hugged her.
"That's an amazing idea. I will be your investor, if it is a loss, it's mine and if it's profit, it's all yours!" he said caressing her hair, thinking something.
"Taehyung, that's so sweet of you but no, I will find an investor all by myself!" she smiled pulling away.
"But why? I want to work with you, if you don't want to work in my company, that's fine but let's work together with your idea, email me the concept and I will see it." he smiled trying to convince her.
