Jia was staring at herself in the mirror, she should have seen this coming. Taehyung was a perfect man, an epitome of husband but what about her? She was nothing.

Taehyung smiled as entered the room, he strode to Jia and hugged her, he was sweaty so he wanted to piss her off by hugging her and later on convince her to take a bath with him.

"How was my wife all day? You didn't get bored right?" he asked, though she was the one who told him to enjoy with his friends.

"Jane introduced me to her friend today!" she said blankly.

"Oh, so who was she?" he knew all of her friends but he wasn't interested in such a talk with Jia, he would rather talk about themselves but now that she wanted to talk about Jane's friend, he was going to listen to her.

"Lara." she said as Taehyung started removing his shoes. He hummed, unbothered, he didn't even remember her, he had dated many girls in the past."Your ex-girlfriend." he stopped and slowly looked at her, she seemed hurt. "I figured you were a Cassanova, who had many flings and every young woman I may meet in the city may have slept with you at least once." she said tearing up, it was better if she hadn't learnt that. She stared at him as he held her arms, prompting her to look into his eyes.

"They were just some flings, they were a mere attraction, a medium of entertainment in my boring life but you my Jia, you are the woman I love, who owns my heart. I never loved any of them. The only girl I see or think of is you, you don't realize the intensity of my love for you! How can you doubt me? You are my first love. I have loved you for the longest time!" he said sincerely.

"Longest time? We met each other probably 3-4 months ago, how can I believe I am not here to fill up the empty space in your life? What if I am nothing but a trophy wife?"

She knew she was acting irrelevant but no wife would want to hear about her husband's past love life.

"Empty space? Ya, you are right, I was empty without you, you complete me Jia, in ways I can't explain." he tried to kiss her but she pushed him away.

"Leave me alone, I don't want to be with you!" she said for a time being but he thought she was leaving him forever. He grabbed her hands, his eyes were tearing up.

"Please don't say that, don't even bring that up again. I can't let you leave me, I will actually die, I am not exaggerating, you will find me dead the next day you leave me. I can't see disdain in your eyes, please!" he said desperately.

"Just stop it, please go out, actually no, I should leave your room!" she said and tried to go but he hugged her, his hands were shaking and his heart was hurting at the unwanted circumstance.

"I love you, Jia, tell me what I have to do to make you believe I do? I will do anything, trust me." he snuggled in her neck."I love you so much."

"I don't know, it hurts so much to know I am the first girl in your life, I know it's pathetic to think that way but a Cassanova was never my type, I never wanted a playboy husband. I don't want ladies to come and tell me they shared a past with you every now and then. I wanted to be the only lady in your life!" she started crying.

"You are Jia, you are the only one in my life. I didn't marry any one of them because they weren't worth it but you my love, you deserve everything. You don't like the stupid shit I did with those women? Fine, if you want I will kill each fucking one for you to make you feel I only love you. They never mattered to me!" he said sincerely, and Jia scoffed, softly chuckling while crying, thinking it was a joke.

"Shut up, I don't want you to turn into a criminal, I can't live without you." she said hugging him, the insecurity and Jane's manipulation only lasted a few seconds after Taehyung's sincere eyes and truthful words.
