He only feels like he can confide in Tighnari and he is also the only person who knows of his feelings for Alhaitham.
Kaveh only drinks near Alhaitham if Tighnari is around because he knows that if they were alone together, he would end up saying something crazy and revealing his feelings. (He almost did once and that's why he stopped getting drunk with Alhaitham)
Alhaitham has never once yelled at him while drunk because he knows he'll start crying (Emotional/yet wild drunk). He likes to be kind to him and let him speak his mind instead.
He has a fear of losing people ever since his father passed and his mother left. (+Seperation anxiety)
He has anxiety, depression, insomnia, and other mental problems because of his past and how much he overworks himself.
He has a lot of nervous tics, some examples being; bouncing his leg or tapping his fingers against the table.
He also has major ADHD.
He always tries to help Alhaitham during a sensory overload/over stimulation episode, but they don't happen often.
He is the only person who can differentiate Alhaitham's expressions.
When he comes home (has keys) and no one is home, he usually can't sleep in his own bed so he sneaks into Alhaitham's room and sleeps there. He doesn't change or anything, but when he wakes up he finds that his accessories are missing every time. He thinks he just forgets that he took them off. See Alhaitham's headcannons.
He thinks a lot of people hate him, and more than anyone, he thinks Alhaitham hates him the most and he cries just thinking about it.
