The tv turned on and the 'show' began to play.

FLASHBACK

Barry Allen and Caitlin Snow were getting married on a warm summer day in the month of May. All their friends were invited for the happy affair.

Star City

"So you and Felicity broke up for good this time?" asked John.
"Yes Dig, the whole Lian Yu thing just separated us, honestly probably for the best," Oliver replied.

"What does "for good this time"mean?" Kara asked looking over at Oliver.

"That have an...complicated relationship" John answered.

"Please tell me its not about the whole 'I need to be alone for the rest of my life' crap again," Dig frowned at the man he considered his brother.

"Please tell me it isn't" Thea looked over at her brother.

"It is. I stand by it. Felicity couldn't handle certain aspects of what I do and it would certainly be less awkward this time around. People I love keep getting hurt by what I do and I can't risk it," Oliver replied in a dead calm.

The members of Team Arrow sighed, Kara looked over at Oliver grabbing his hand and giving him a look stating that she understood where he was coming from.

This wasn't missed by, Thea, Alex, John, all three was smirking and Mon-El who growled under his breath.

It was obvious that the whole affair on Lian Yu stirred up unpleasant memories for him.
Even John Diggle knew when to shut up.

National City

Alex and Kara sat on the couch in her apartment, having drinks and eating ice cream.

Alex sighed and Kara patted her knee, "sorry I know you're still dealing with the pain of Maggie."

"What happened to me and Alex?" Maggie asked shockingly.

"Shhh" Ajax shushed her.

Alex just nodded and turned to move to the kitchen counter,
"you want a refill- hey what's this?"

Kara looked at the card Alex was holding up: the wedding invitation for her superfriend.

"Woah...when did I get that!?" Kara looked at Barry and Caitlin.

"Well we haven't sent anything out yet, but we're engaged!" Caitling showed Kara the ring.

Kara jumped up and flew over to the seat Barry and Caitlin were in knocking Barry to the ground gazing at the ring.

Oliver laughed at this as Barry sneaky picked up Kara and sat her back in her seat.

"Hey!" Caitlin and Kara shouted at the same time as Barry stuck out his tongue and ran back to Caitlin holding ever close "My fiancé!"

"Oh that's a wedding invitation for Barry and Cait's wedding,"
Kara replied giddily.

"The Flash and Frost?
Superheroes of Central City?" asked Alex with a raised eyebrow.

"The two and only" Caitlin laughed.

"Yes," she bounced excitedly now
"you should be my plus one."
