"Well if you could," she huffed, "that's my home star. Rao. We worshipped him as the Sun God because we had a red Sun on Krypton."

"That's interesting," he commented.

"Yeah," Kara agreed, "you could never get headaches there."

Oliver chuckled, "yeah that's useful."

"Very useful" Caitlin said "Especially dealing with Barry" she joked.

"Hey!"

"I can never go back," she said sadly, "27.1 light-years away and destroyed."

Oliver put a hand over Kara's.

"Earth is your home now," he reassured, "we are your home."

They had finished their ice creams by now and had thrown away the cones. Kara turned to look at Oliver as he turned to her.
They were very close by now, barely a foot away. Their breaths hitched as they stared into each other's eyes. Oliver's gaze was burning into Kara's and she forgot how to breathe for a moment. A burning passion seemed to surround them as electricity crackled in the space between him. Oliver made the first move, he grabbed her hips and pulled her closer as Kara grabbed his cheeks. The kiss was everything they had imagined: deep, passionate and full of love and unbridled passion. Oliver knew it was a bit cliché, but he could feel the fireworks exploding. There was this fire burning through their veins and they felt so complete in that moment. He deepened the kiss and Kara willingly opened her mouth slowly so that Oliver could slip his tongue inside. They fought for dominance before Oliver won and explored her mouth.

"The Green Arrow topping Supergirl? You don't say?" Maggie joker causing the room to laugh.

Damn, she kisses great he thought.

Mon-El growled.

She tasted like nectar, she tasted like the sweet water found at the oasis after being thirsty for days.
