"no, i didn't see it, it's not real, your okay"

y/n and Eddie sat in the grass for a few minutes while eddie calmed down, his breathing slowly steadying as he messed with one of y/ns necklaces- he was sat in the crass with his knees close to his chest, leaning on y/n who had his legs extended in front of him, one arm behind him holding him up, the other around eddie, in a way that made him feel safe and protected

"you know i wouldn't let anything happen to you, right?" y/n said, looking at eddie- y/ns head cocked to the side, his hair falling over his face slightly- his y/e/c eyes scanning eddies terrified face "i know... i'm always here for you- i know you fight with momma a lot and if you ever need somewhere to stay if you get kicked out again i'm sure bill or stan would w happy to help- same with richie" he said, actually sitting up and hugging y/n who quickly hugged back and then slowly got up "you should go soon, sonia will worry" he said, helping his twin up "why do you call her sonia? she's your mother too" eddie asked, looking up at y/n with a puzzled expression on his face, his brown doe eyes meeting his twins darker- almost black siren eyes, they really didn't look the same, but it didn't matter, they aren't the same person anyways. "she certainly doesn't act like it" y/n said and started  to walk towards the house, holding eddies hand, when eddie caught up y/ns arm went over eddies shoulders "why do you even do that- i hate it when you do that"
y/n looked ahead of them and saw richie walking out of a shop "awe come on Eds you love it" y/n said, slightly louder to get Richies attention

"hey Eddie spaghetti! hiya tomato head" Richie said, pushing y/n playfully and putting his arm around eddie
"Rich don't call me that you know i don't like it"
"why? it's what makes you so... chuckalitious" Richie said while shrugging, Eddie however, rolled his eyes but didn't shrug Richie off, but instead leaned on him a bit and took his glasses "Rich i cleaned these an hour ago- how are they already dirty?" he asked, cleaning the glasses on his shirt and putting them back on Richies face.

It hurt y/n slightly, his own brother got on with his brothers best friend better then he did his own damn brother what if he hates me? what if the thinks i'm horrible for calling our mother by her name? what if he thinks i hate him?
he could hear a muffled voice speaking but he wasn't sure of what was being said "-are you even listening to me? y/n! are you okay?" the lanky boy could slowly start to string sentences together, but he couldn't fully understand that he was the one they were speaking to.

he looked over to the fence he had followed eddie through and looked over the bush and saw a red balloon, floating towards them even though he could feel the light June breeze on the back of his head- blowing towards the house. He could hear a voice from the other side of the fence "do ya wanna balloon y/n?" a balloon that moves into the wind? of corse i want a balloon that blows into the wind the boy thought before getting pushed to the ground- he didn't even know he had stood up- or that he was walking towards the fence "y/n what the fuck was that?" Richie asked, standing over y/n who was now sitting in the dead grass behind the crackhouse on Neibolt street. Y/n shook his head- a scared look on his face as he silently told the boys he had no clue "i- there was a balloon- it was moving into the wind, you're gonna think i'm crazy but i swear" he said, he sounded loopy, not entirely their in the head "y/n/n their was no baloon- you looked possessed- are you sure your okay?" eddie asked, crouching down next to his twin, knocking him over, now lying down, leaning on his elbows as eddie hugged him slightly, checking his heartbeat and breathing at the same time, his heart was beating as quickly as it had been after he had to run 5K for school "yeah... yeah i'm alright" she said, nodding slowly. Eddie moved his head closer to  y/ns ear and whispered "do you want me to ask if you can stay with him?" he asked, nodding towards Richie, getting a nod from his twin. "Hey rich? it isn't exactly.. eehm... safe... for y/n to go home... for a while. Do you think he could stay with you? just for a little, until it's safe?" eddie asked hesitantly "i'm sorry, we can barely feed the three of us right now, i wish i could- y/n i'm sure you boyfriend could help, Mr and Mrs denbrough love you" Richie said, helping the  taller kaspbrak up after eddie got up and started going through his fannypack for y/ns antidepressants "he isn't my boyfriend  dumbass" y/n replied sharply and then checking his pockets for a coin for a phone booth "yet your doing it anyways" the black haired boy chuckled, nudging y/n. "yeah i have nowhere else dipshit" the tallest replied, making his way back out of neibolt street and going to a phone booth

(bills pov)
(third person)
bill was sat in the kitchen drumming his fingers against the round dining table, "art block, wrighters block- what don't i have?" he thought to himself, drawing circles on his paper in pencil
brriing brriing~ brriing brriing~
bill looked up quickly as the phone went off "bill answer the phone!" his mother called from the parlour.

Bill got up and took a deep breath before picking up the phone and bringing it to his ear, tapping the side of his thigh nervously with one of his fingers "h-h-heh- hello, b- Bill deh-denbrough speaking" he said slowly, now hitting his leg with his fist
"Bill, hi- this is random but- it's Y/n by the way- could I stay at yours tonight? i sorta may have gotten kicked out" y/n said from the other end of the line, his voice static-y "y-y/n where ah- are you?"
"phone booth, not important- could you ask your mother if o can stay the night? or your dad if you think he's more likely to you yes- i can't exactly go home for a bit"
the stutterer nodded and then made a sound when he remembered that y/n couldn't see him "i-i'll a-a-ask" he responded and put the phone on the counter and speed walked into the garage "d-dad? c-can y/n stay o-ov-over?" the lanky teen asked the man- bill was scared of Zach denbrough, as he man often lashed out at bill, luckily today he was calm enough "this is very short notice bill- what did mrs k say?" the man asked "h-h-he g-got ki-kicked o-ouh-out ah-again i th- think" the boy stuttered, messing with his thumbs nervously, looking at the woodwork projects  around the room his father practically lived in "fine- just ask your mother first" the man huffed, turning back to sanding a piece of wood "and close the door on your way out"
bill looked down and closed the door, walking over to thw parlour as his mother called it- or the living room as his dad called it, Georgie called it the piano room because they never really used it for much else. Sharon denbrough was sat at the piano playing 'rondo alla turka', fur ellese was sitting atop the grand piano, she hadn't touched it since georgie died.

Bill poked his head into the parlour "m-m-mother? c-can y/n stay o-over for-for a b-bit? he got kick-kicked out" he said softly, he stuttered less when with his mother, he wasn't scared of her as much "of course, he can stay as long as he needs" she replied, not looking up from the piano.

Bill nodded and went back to thw phone, it had only been about a minute so he hoped y/n was still on the line "y-you there st-stuh- still?" he asked
"yuh-huh"
"t-th-they s-say you can st-stuh-stay as l-long ah-as you need"
