13 years later

"Come on Akari-chan, please just show us the fireworks once pleaseeeee" young Hiroku couldn't seem to get enough of the fireworks that Akari would create to illuminate the midnight sky.

"Hiroku it's late we shouldn't be here." Akari told the whining soul. But the impatience in Hiroku's heart was eating him up.

"Come on please, I said please. Please show me or else I will steal your pendant while you sleep and hide it." He said knowing he was touching a sensitive part. Akari clutched her pendant which was dangling from her neck. Sister Helena would tell her that the pendant was with her in the basket where she found her and told her that it was probably from her parents. Even if she was only thirteen she understood that it was important and the only thing left from her family and thus always wore it and never took it off.

"Fine. But you should know better not to threaten me like that Hiroku." She narrowed her eyes and gave Hiroku a glare. Hiroku sweat dropped.

"H-Hai Akari-chan but can you show me now."

"Alright but if anyone catches us I'm blaming you ok?" She replied and held her palm out to the sky.

Her hands created a small light ball which a few seconds later shot up to the sky and exploded making beautiful light fireworks. Hiroku watched with sparkles in his eyes.

"You like them?"

"Are you kidding me Akari-chan? I love them!! Arigato!"

"Well enjoy them now because tomorrow you are taking half of my chores for threatening me and for dragging me out in the middle of the night just to show you fireworks." Akari said firmly.

"N-N-Naniiiii??!! Gomensai Akari-chan!!!!"

The morning

"Ohayo everyone" Akari said yawning

"Ohayo Akari-chan!!" Everyone replied with enthusiasm

"Akari could you please put these wet clothes outside to dry and maybe dry them in the process as well??" Sister Helena asked holding a laundry basket with wet clothes inside.

"Of course Helena-san." Akari replied taking the basket from her hands and heading out side. Akari was quite tall for her age so which made it easier for here to hang the wet clothes. She held out her palm to the water dripping wet clothes. Rays of light started appearing from her palms directing on the wet clothes generating heat which made the clothes dry faster.

"Akari-chan! Akari-chan! Let's play dart with your light magic of the tree!!!" Ten year old Ryuku screamed while waving next to a tree.

"Eh? Darts? Well I guess a small break wouldn't hurt." Akari walked over to the tree. She raised her hand as a shard made of light rose from her palm. She aimed at the tree and the light shard went flying towards the tree hitting it right in the middle.

"That's so cool!" Ryuku yelled. The two kept playing this game for a good long while, when Akari raised both of her hands and four light shard rose from her palm. Two from each hand and aimed at the tree hitting it once again in the middle.

That was when I magical sound and shine came from behind Akari. Ryuku turned around and her jaw dropped.

"Ryuku? Are you alright??"

"L-L-Look behind y-you" Akari turned around and she felt her jaw dropped. Hovering above her was a book—grimoire most likely and light was illuminating out of it.

Akari held out her hand as the book slid into her hands. The bright light slowly descended and made the book more properly visible and no doubt it was a grimoire.

The grimoire was platinum yellow like Akari's hair. The corners of it was golden with rubies engraved on it. It had patterns on the borders. In the middle was a golden four-leaf clover.

'No way. Did I actually get a grimoire? But I'm only thirteen, I am not supposed to get my grimoire until I'm fifteen. What in the name of clover I  going on?'

Akari opened the grimoire and felt its pages. As she moved her had across the pages words started to appear.

"'Light Creation Magic?" Akari read out loud.

"No way Akari-chan you got your grimoire at thirteen!!!"

"I don't understand? I thought I'm not supposed to get it until I'm fifteen?"

"You should show it to Sister Helena she would know!"

"You're right Ryuku!"

"When am I not?" Ryuku smirked and flipped her hair.

Akari and Ryuku ran inside the church to see Sister Helena busy doing her chores.

"Helena-san! I have something to show you..."

"Oh! Akari? What is it dear?"

"AKARI-CHAN GOT HER FIRST GRIMOIRE!!!" Ryuku yelled

Sister Helena's eyes widened

"Ryuku!!! But Uhm yes I did receive my grimoire. What does this mean Helena-san? I thought I wasn't supposed to be getting my grimoire until im fifteen!"

"Well Akari it's not like you can't get it honestly I kind of expected it." Helena spoke with a smile

"EHH?!" Both Ryuku and Akari were shook.

'Expected it? What does she mean by expected it? Did Helena-san know that I would get my grimoire early? If she did then...how? Does sister Helena have more than one type of magic? Does she—-'

Akari's thoughts were cut short by Helena's voice.

"I knew because when I first found Akari you have a lot of mana radiating off you, which meant you were going to be powerful when you grow up and it seems like the effects are showing already. But hey, remember you dream?"

"My dream? Oh! You mean my desire to become the Wizard Queen??"

"Yes! There is a Magic Knights Entrance exam after Six months. You can train in those six months and join the Magic knights! I don't think you have to worry about age since you're quite tall for your age which will make you look five teen and you're anyways turning fourteen next month."

After that Akari took Sister Helena's word and trained for six months. She unlocked couple of creation, attack and defence spells. She even learned how to ride a broom. It was surprisingly easy, she could stand and ride on it.

Six months later she took off to the capital, where the magic knights entrance exam was held.

Time skip to the end of the exam

"Examinee no. 134, please step forward"

Akari stepped forward and faced all the captains.

One by one each captain raised their hand.

Whispers started going by

"I heard she is from the forsaken realm"

"Ew why would they raise hands for a peasant?"

"She's kinda cute"

"Examinee no. 134, please choose your squad."

'Wow...all of them? Did I really do that good? Well according to the people here, the golden dawn of the best squad. Apparently William Vangeance is the closest person to the wizard king. If I pick his squad I would be one step closer to my dream! Becoming the wizard queen!'

"Would you please allow me to join.....The Golden Dawn!"
