He has a case where he is trying to get Y/n L/n out of custody of her father
She is a 2 year old girl, she has H/c, her hair put into little pigtails, her big E/c eyes
She is beaten by her father, Atticus Finch was hired for this case, because it has been going on for months
Narator POV
Atticus sat reading his case, he was reading Y/n's files
Age: Two years
Height: 36 inches
Weight: 26 pounds
Hair color: H/c
Eye color: E/c
Attuicus read on and on, until Scout came running in,
"Atticus, what you readin" She said climbing onto his lap
"Just some cases i'll be working on tomorrow" He said and kept on reading,
-THE NEXT DAY-
Atticus was on his way to see Dr. Reynolds
As he arrived he walked in his office,
"Mr. Finch, what're you in for" Dr. Reynolds said
"I'm actually here for one of my cases Dr. Reynolds, i have a girl, have you ever had little miss Y/n" Atticus said handing a photo to him
Dr. Reynolds looked at the picture and smiled,
"I had her once...
...She was a shy timid girl, she likes to cry and is very sensitive" Dr Reynolds said
Atticus nods, "What about when she came in, what was she in for" He asked
"Well, someone brought her in, said they found her all bruised up" Dr. Reynolds said
"How long ago was that" Atticus asked
"Bout a month" Dr. Reynolds said
Atticus nodded, "I was nice seeing you Doc" Atticus said and walked out
-Time Skip-
Atticus was reading a book, thinking about his trial, when he heard a knock on the door and Scout and Jem's footsteps running to open it
As he was met at the door, it was Judge Taylor
"Evenin Mr. Taylor what brings you here today" Atticus said
"Well, Mr. Finch, you said you wanted to met miss Y/n right" He says
"Yes sir Mr. Taylor i did" Atticus says
"Well she down at the court house right now, getting ready for the trial tomorrow" Mr. Taylor said
Atticus smiles,
"Cal, i will be out for some time now watch over Scout and Jem" He says putting his hat on
"Yes sir" Cal says and Scout grabs his leg
"Atticus, i wanna go" She says
"Now Scout, i'm sorry you can't, this is for work" He says and she nods letting go~
