I am the reason why World War Four happened. Whoever finds this book... I hope that you can do the right thing with it. The world has fallen. I wish I could say it never did. The worst part is that I feel like I am the reason behind everything that made this happen. You know that old saying "curiosity killed the cat," well I killed the world with what I did. I never meant to destroy anything. Science was used for war - which it shouldn't ever be used for. The events of my scientific research have caused great devastation to the world. I never realized when they were going on, but now I know I was the keystone in the problems. The Eugenics War was my doing. I never thought my research would get to this point. I found something that even God never thought someone would find. I found a way to make the human genome go crazy and make people 1,000% 'better', almost godlike. They didn't age, they were strong in every way, and they still could have offspring. This is everything I have found in hopes that someone would help Scarlett. Also I hope that someone will stop me from ever starting my studies. The Scarlett that I want to remember is one that still had hope in her eyes. That she was not this crazy girl who needed to die, but she was just confused. I made her lose her mind but I never thought that she would end up trying to kill everyone in the world, including her and her sister.

World War Three is something people try to forget all the time. Dr. Einstein was right on the fact that people would blow themselves up, but he was wrong about World War Four. I was the one who made the war. World War Three was something I was not around to see but what people call New York City became three cities after the war. Sky town is where the rich and famous live. Ground Zero is where normal people live and Underground was where the biggest jail was made but now has become a city of thieves. Other cities like New Orleans were turned on their sides. New Orleans was made into what we call the city that was forgotten. The government said that they would fix it, but never did. After the war, they got too into making sure that the thieves of Underground would be locked up. Paris became a shopping mall, an entire town just where everyone that is anyone would go to buy something that they really did not need. Tokyo became a gaming city where if you game or wanted to a play video games that was the place to be. It also became a place where you could control a robot to play sports which, on paper, was a great idea - in reality, not so much. Africa became the place of science labs, making use of formerly uninhabitable wild lands.

My girlfriend Scarlett was an angel before I messed up everything. She wanted to want to break down the world we live in and make it more like your world is - where people are people, not labels. The kid was bright and now I wish she did not pay the price, just to get people to open their eyes. Again this story is about her, everything that was used against her on her deathbed, and what I found that no one has found but me. Scarlett was 21 before she went through my experiments. I wish I could go back and let her pass on to the next word.

Scarlett's sister, Merrie, became the biggest hunter for Scarlett. She also went through the experiments and was like anyone else. She went in normal and came out like a monster. Merrie was strong and then she took it even passed what I could do. She had dual fist gauntlets that would help her with punching through anything. The only problem was that those gauntlets were killing her because they had nuclear technology in them. The uranium was leaking radiation into her body.

Now this is where I speak about myself. I am Genome Scientist. I never thought my project would work but it did. I cannot tell you why it works, just that it works. It was great till something terrible happened. All the data I have gotten said that it should have worked and Scarlett should not have been made crazy. She had even helped people get ready for the experiments. My name is JX - that's all you need to know of my name, for now. I do not want anything coming back to me. What I can tell you is that I love Scarlett. I never wanted to hurt her.

If you read all of this and you can read through the books and see what I saw, maybe there is hope for the world and for peace. I wish someone had stopped me before I made the greatest weapon. Like a great Doctor named Albert Einstein said, "The greatest weapon should not ever be fire." Sadly, this weapon I made cannot be fired. I hope to god that someone saves us. Peace cannot be a thing without chaos and Scarlett made that known. I am not the puppet master, I am simply the one who cares. I would change my past with Scarlett in a heartbeat if I could, but I cannot.
