Chapter 2 Marry's Break down

Meanwhile in a shop on the south part of Ground zero New York. "I told you I need that new mod." Marry rage fully said as she slam her fist into the table.

"I am sorry, ma'am I am so so sorry." the little man who worked at the shop where they worked on Marry's weapons armor and set ups.

"Stop saying you're sorry! I need more mods end of story. I am trying to stop Scarlett and if I don't stop her she will make a new target on top of herself... Whatever that thing was..." Marry had a very worry face, maybe she was she knew at this point what had to be done to stop all the madness, or the truth. A tear ran down her face, the man looked up in shock to see Marry have a tear on her face.

"Ma'am what is wrong? Anything I can do? That might make you feel better?" the little man said with a very worry look on his face, he knew her body was already at the limit and was why he didn't want to make a new mod for her. The mod Marry wanted to add to her arms a big needle so that she push something and then have a hammer spick go through her punch making her punches strong but she would give up all her balance for little gain.

"It is nothing, just a lot on my mind. It really does suck being strongest person in the world and let lose your grape on everything you love... Scarlett is sick because of me, I know I am the only one who can stop her pain. I am the only one who end this war..." more tears started running down her face.

"Oh Marry you're not at fault, remember why you became who are you today. It was not because Scarlett when crazy, you became the strongest person in the world because you wanted to protect people for people like her. I remember you protected many people many times. My favorite story about you being a hero is the time you got under a building and was acting like a main support beam so that a homeless drunk guy could have another day to live. You didn't do it for money you didn't do it because you had to, you did it because you wanted to, also I remember you did it with the gauntlets." the man said as he when to grab a chair.

"Yeah I remember that, I remember that event got me the job I have now. First member and lead member of the globe police force. The GPF has been something I have loved, but now I tied into war like a war dog who cannot leave." Marry made a fist with her power gloves, tears started to hit the hot metal and little steam was growing around her. She looked at them trying to remember why did she even fight anymore, a senses of feeling like she had failed everyone, and she had failed herself. "I remember telling the first time anyone had told me about power gauntlets. I said I would never ever wear them because it felt wrong."

"Awe yeah I remember you saying you wouldn't wear them, why did you ever put them on? For that matter why can't you take them off now?" the man said with an in questing mind set. He looked at his almost fully destroyed workplace and didn't know what was sadder how much cost of repairing his place or that was Marry.

"After my sister was killed we started hurting the monsters like-"

"Scarlett!? Sorry for butting in but people like her." he was trying to peace why she put them on in the first place.

"Yes" Marry sighed she started to turn away the grinding of metal on metal sound was super high with her. "Scarlett was my sister that monster out there is not her, not one bit and I am the monster that hunts the monsters and night, so to answer your question little guy that is why, they will be the death of me but I cannot hold my life back because some little monster who thinks they are my sister can go around destroying everything I love."

Marry was almost out the door of building and the little man said "hey, I can get you that mod and maybe this mod will work for now. You will be like an angle, these wings hook up on your back and you have jet pack and be able fly and move like a bird does."
