"Wooyoung?.."
The mentioned male didn't answer, keeping his eyes focused on the ceiling. He could hear San shuffling around and Wooyoung tipped his eyes down to glance where the boy was, his heart loud in his ear.
"What."
The white haired eventually snapped, his question more of an aggravated demand. San sat up, arms supporting him from underneath. Wooyoung thought he saw pity on his face, but he couldn't be too sure with the weak sunlight. His messy hair fell in front of his eyes and Wooyoung grew annoyed with every passing second that San didn't answer.
"Uh.. nevermind." San murmured and ran a hand through his hair, a frustrated expression littering his face. Wooyoung couldn't keep the annoyance from his movements as he flung off his hot covers, hopping over San's makeshift bed and padding away into the bathroom.
Each step he could feel San's eyes on him, and each second he grew more annoyed with his mere presence. He reached the bathroom and slammed the door closed, huffing out a sigh after he was engulfed with poor privacy. The white haired wandered to the plastic mirror, warped reflection teasing him with ugly thoughts that crawled through the surface.
Dark eye bags were painted under his sleepy eyes, giving away the fact that he indeed had not fallen asleep the night before. He sighed and leaned down to splash bitter water to his face, hoping to give himself the push to get himself through the day.
After he'd finished up in the bathroom, Wooyoung hesitated at the door, trying to listen and figure out what San was doing. A moment of silence gave away nothing and the male pushed the door away, trudging through it and over to his bed.
San wasn't in his makeshift bed, in fact, he wasn't anywhere in sight, leaving Wooyoung to thank the universe for being in his favor. He picked out the days clothes, occasionally yawning and rubbing his eyes. Wooyoung eyed the door as he quickly stripped off his shirt, replacing it with a clean, black shirt. He slipped into the rest of his outfit and ran a couple fingers through his messy hair, not having enough energy to brush it.
"Woo? You awake?"
The mentioned boy trailed his eyes up to the door, where he saw the soft face of Keonhee, a little look of sadness lingering in his eyes. "No, I'm not." Wooyoung tried to joke but his voice had come out harsher than he intended it to. Keonhee frowned and leaned against the doorframe, waiting for the patient.
"No sleep, don't talk too much."
Wooyoung warned before Keonhee even had a chance to open his mouth. The therapist nodded slowly and hooked his hand into the others arm, silently leading him to the cafeteria. The walk was quiet, the only sound being Wooyoung counting his steps and keeping track on his hand. It was a habit he'd picked up, a way to keep himself in the moment and not get too trapped in his own thoughts.
The chatter of the cafeteria fully brought the patient to himself as he bid his farewell to Keonhee. The room wasn't too crowded and Wooyoung scanned around for Younghoon, his mood worsening when he didn't spot the tall male.
What he did caught though, was a lonely brown haired boy sitting at a table with a full tray of food in front of him.
Wooyoung rolled his eyes and checked for Younghoon once more before decided to reluctantly head over to San. Each step he took, he could already feel the attitude forming even though he hadn't even spoken a word to San yet, but he didn't stop his walk to him.
At the sound of his footsteps, San glanced up, a tiny grin just barely falling to his lips. He scooted over and slid his tray to the side to make more room for his roommate. Wooyoung begrudgingly sat down beside him, purposely making sure there was enough room between them and if a person wanted to sit in the middle of them, they would be able to comfortably.
