JADE'S POV:

"Lilith...Lilith." She grumbles something then turns around to face away from me. I sigh I will never hear the end of this. I push her off my bed and she landed with a 'thump'.

"What the hell Jade!" She stays on the ground sprawled out with my cover on her.

"What the hell? What the HELL? You were sleeping on MY bed. Why is that?" She looks up at me then bangs her head against the floor. She mumbles something but I couldn't really catch it. "What?"

"I had a nightmare." I urged her to go into more detail. She takes a deep breath getting off the floor and plops beside me. "You were...you were taken by a demon and a vampire. When the moon somehow turned purple you got shot with a purple beam. I screamed for you but you didn't acknowledge me. It was like you couldn't hear me. Your eyes. Oh my your eyes were like nothing I have seen before. Your eyes rolled back Jade! They rolled back and I ran. I ran so quick towards you but it was like I couldn't reach you. I-where did you get that?" I look down at my arm and got up.

"Someone gave it to me." She asked who but I shrugged my shoulders. I wish I knew. I cleared my throat heading to the bathroom. "What else happened."

"You called me Lily." I looked at her to encourage her to elaborate. "It shouldn't be like odd but my mother's mother name is Lily. Then you asked for a William.....my grandfather was named William."

"Well I never heard of your grandparents. Are they still alive?" She shook her head no before I could ask what had happened someone knocked on our door. "Did you invite anyone? What time is it anyway?" She shrugged and I started to brush my teeth. "Who ever they are can wait until we freshen up. I'm pretty sure they aren't that important well can you invite them in? I sounded a little rude." She nodded her head and went to open the door.

I quickly finished brushing my teeth and I started to brush my hair. I walked downstairs to meet an older looking man. "Oh, are you related to Lilith?" Lilith shakes her head no and I look at the man with a confused gaze. "I don't remember ordering anything. Do I know you?" He sends me a friendly smile and I try to return it but it most have looked bad.

"I am your grandfather. Olaf." I look at him with disbelief.

"How did you find me? M-my parents are dead. Who are you?" I step back away from the door.

"Jade --"

"How do you know my name!" He asks to come in and Lilith shakily nods her head. "You can't come in. I don't even know you. Hell you could be killer for all I know." He chuckles lightly and mumbles under his breath. "I didn't quite get that last part. Repeat it." I don't mean to sound demanding but that's how I am at certain times.

"I said you have changed." He steps inside and smiles kindly again. "I finally found you. I thought that it didn't work and maybe what I did was a waste of years waiting for you." He steps back outside like he was stung or something. "I most be going but you have the bracelet?"

I looked at him with confusion. "How do you know of this?" He completely ignored me like I didn't say anything at all. Lilith went upstairs to freshen up.

"You have new charms what are they for?" I look at the clock charm and half moon and half sun charm.

"I'm not sure but I do know that I just got this. How did you know of this? What do these charms stand for?" I walked closer to him with pleading eyes.

"Never beg my dear. I can't tell you, you will have to find out for yourself and even if I wanted to tell you. Now is not the time. I must be going now. I just needed to see if what they said was true." With that he leaves without another word. Who is they? What was true?

I need a run or something to get my mind off of things. "Jade did he leave?" I shouted a yes and told her I was going out for a run. I run upstairs and quickly change into some exercising clothes. I'm glad we live by the woods. It's such a beautiful place and one time when I was exploring. I found a pond and a flower patch. It was a wonderful place to be.

Maybe running this early without eating was a bad idea. My stomach was growling like it was ready to attack my belly. "Hello there" I jump and turned around slowly.

"Hi. I'm just out here for a run I didn't know someone was also out here. I'm just gonna go." I shake my head and start running back towards the house.

"Don't be frighten of me." I screamed running even more faster. How did he even catch up to me that quick. I was always a fast runner but he was so damn fast. "Hello?"

"Look I'm really starving and I don't know you. I don't mean to be rude but I really just want to eat. You don't frighten me just that right now food is my number one priority." I run off towards my neighbors house so he won't know exactly where I live. When I turned around he was gone.

Hunger was really my number one priority. I run inside glad that Lilith cooked before she left. I smelt bacon and eggs. The best damn breakfast out there well for me. I quickly eat a lot of bacon after eating my eggs until my stomach was satisfied. Well there goes the calories I lost.

A knock was heard from the back porch and I grabbed a pan. Who the hell would knock on my back porch. If it was the front I would understand but my back porch? Someone sneaked inside the invisible gate.

Turning off the kitchen light which was the only light on. I crawled on the floor to peak at the backdoor. There was a man with longish hair black as night, with pale skin and gray-blue eyes. He looked around once more before leaving. Wait he was the guy I ran into.

Watching scary movies I knew that getting out without knowing exactly where he went was a stupid move. It would end up with me in a body bag ten feet under. I heard heavy footsteps step off my porch. I knew that he had finally left.

Do not be feared of anything remember what that woman said.

I take a deep breath and push myself off the ground. I don't understand why he was following me but I wouldn't want to find out. I don't think I want to find out ever.

This feeling in my gut is telling me that I should stay away from him. My gut is also telling me to not trust anyone that I just met this week. I shouldn't have never went to that event. Stupid Lilith for making me go.
