Chapter 5: Shao Kahn Invasion

After the fight with Venom Y/N was revealed to be the culprit. The others were mad at Liu Kang and Kitana for what they did to Y/N and as for Y/N he had some explaining to do as he woke up.

Y/N: His name is Venom. He is a symbiote who bonded with me after he crashed here. I encountered him after I ran away from my home.

Raiden: Wait, why would he attack and invade Earthrealm?

Y/N: He was angry, filled with rage. Me and him treated each other like brothers. That was until Liu Kang and Kitana killed me. So, what now? Shang Tsung is dead. The tournament cannot go on.

Quan Chi: I might be available to revive him.

Raiden: Very well.

Y/N gets up.

Y/N: I need some time alone.

Y/N walks away from the group. Soon after, Y/N was in a tent for the wounded and to help people. Y/N was on top of a rooftop overlooking the city was near ruins. Venom then spoke to him.

Venom: Y/N-

Y/N: Why? Why would you do this?

Venom: You were the only one who saw me as a normal being. We both care for each other. I was angry.

Y/N shakes his head.

???: Y/N?

Y/N turned and saw Mileena.

Y/N: Oh, hi.

She sat with him.

Mileena: I hope I'm not bothering you.

Y/N: You're not. I just need to clear my head. May I ask why you look like Kitana?

Mileena: I'm her clone, I was made in the Fresh Pits.

Y/N: That makes sense... I think.

Mileena: Are you and Venom on speaking terms?

Y/N: Not really. I'm still mad at him for what he did. I did not expect him to do this.

Mileena: If you need someone to talk to, I'm here.

Y/N nods as Mileena walks off. Soon after, lightning struck, and Y/N looked and saw Raiden.

Y/N: What's wrong?

Raiden: Shao Kahn is invading.

Y/N look and see Shao Kahn's army on the streets. They then see the U.S. Army come fighting against Tarkatans equipped with shotguns and rocket launchers, as well as twenty-foot high Outworld monstrosities.

Y/N: We need to help them.

Y/N POV:

Me, and Raiden went off to fight the Outworld army as the other Earthrealm warriors helped us. I was with Johnny Cage, and we were fighting Motaro. That's when we see Raiden and he blasts Motaro with lightning and he flies him into the bridge and into the water.

"Thanks, Raiden!"

Me and Johnny ran off as I was getting overrun.

Venom: Y/N, let me help.

"No."

I continued to fight off the Tarkatans until we forced them back to Outworld. Afterwards, we all gathered at a Temple where we see Sub-Zero as a cyborg. We started to restore him.

Smoke: You are certain this will work?

Jax: Hell no! I've never done this before. It's not like there's a manual.
