Danny yawned as he leaned against the pole as Ross droned on about some World of Warcraft shit.

He was ready to pass out or throw up. Whichever came first.

When they began to walk back to their computers, Dan went right to the bathroom, shut the door, and began throwing up in the toilet. He hadn't slept in almost two days, and was just done. His exhaustion, stress, and now sickness had caught up to him.

When he stopped vomiting, he washed his hands and grabbed a roll of paper towels. "Guys, I'm done."

Ross looked up, concern written across his face. "Dan, we need five people today, we're doing a dungeon."

He just shook his head and threw the roll of paper towels at Ross. "I'm throwing in the towel. I'll see you guys later."

He felt his body getting ready to throw up again, and quickly left the room, ignoring Suzy's calls for him to "take her with him."

Tears pricked at the corners of his eyes as he keeled over a garbage can, feeling as if he was being turned inside out.

"Danny?"

He looked up and Ross was kneeling next to him.

Dan weakly smiled at him, before throwing up again.

When he finished, he wiped his mouth with the sleeve of his sweatshirt. "Sh-shouldn't you be in there with the guys and Suze?"

Ross shook his head. "Well, maybe, but I'm driving you home. You need sleep."

"Ross, I'm fine. I can drive myself." To prove his point, he tried to stand up, but nearly fell down, only saved by Ross catching him.

"Yeah right. I'll be right back."

Ross went back in. "Guys, Danny's sick. I'm going to take him home. I'll be back soon."

Arin looked up. "Is he okay?"

Ross looked at him. "I just said he's sick. Try not to level while I'm gone."

He grabbed his jacket and keys, and helped Dan up. "Come on."

Ross drove Danny back to his apartment.

Dan collapsed on his couch as soon as they got inside. Ross found the bedroom and grabbed Danny's pillow and a blanket.

He gave the pillow to Dan, and draped the blanket over his slightly shivering body. "Get some sleep. I'll check on you after work."

Dan yawned. "Thanks Ross. See ya later."

Ross smiled at Dan, and went back out to his car.

After filming was finished, and he'd talked to Kevin about some editing, he got his phone to text Holly.

To: Holly💖: Hey Holls, Danny got sick today, so I'm going to see if he's doing okay. I'll be home by 7. Love you!

He pocketed his phone, and drove back to Danny's apartment complex.

He grabbed some bags from his car, and walked up to Danny's apartment. He turned the knob, surprised to find it unlocked.

Danny was watching TV on the couch, only half awake. "Oh, hey Ross."

"Hey, Danny. You feeling any better?"

"Well, my stomach doesn't feel like it's trying to exit my body."

Ross smiled. "Do you think you can eat? I brought stuff to make soup."

Danny gave him a small I smile. "Sure. Thanks man."

Ross went into the small kitchen, and began making some soup, talking to Danny so he'd stay awake.

After about 10 minutes, Ross's phone vibrated.

From: Holly💖: Is Danny okay?

To: Holly💖: Yeah, he's definitely better than he was when he left. I'm going to see if he can keep food down, then come home. 💙

From: Holly💖: Okay. Tell him I said to get better. Love you!

He finished making the soup and gave a small bowl of it to Danny.

He sat in an armchair, keeping an eye on Danny.

"I didn't know you could cook."

Ross chuckled. "I learned in college. My roommate was thankful for that."

Danny laughed. "I'm sure they were."

After he'd finished the soup, Ross asked, "You okay?"

Danny nodded. "It might have just been stress."

Ross shrugged. "Well, maybe you should stay home tomorrow. Just to be safe." He looked at his watch. "I should probably head home. There's more soup in the kitchen if you want it. No working on Starbomb tomorrow! Good night Danny."

Danny shrugged. "Okay. I promise." He stood up and hugged Ross. "Thanks man. Good night. And tell Holly I said hi."

"Okay. See you Danny."
