Quiet_Shadow is an underrated fanfic author who write about Empires and Warrior Cats. They mostly write for themselves and for their friends but while posting, their works slowly grew an audience. I definitely suggest checking out their Empires fics and if you're a Warrior cats fan then go read those! They just started a new one the other day.
And here is my interview with them :D

Question 1: How'd you stumble across mcyt and start writing? I originally started writing quite a long time ago, but it was for other fandoms, such as warriors. I came across Empires SMP by courtesy of my sister, who was watching LDShadowlady at the time. She turned the series on on out TV and I started watching it with her, and I was almost instantly hooked, and after going through Lizzie's entire series I decided to start watching the other creators of Empires as well. I started developing my books a little while after the season ended. It took quite a bit of confidence to finally post, and even though my works don't get a lot of attention compared to the works of my friends, I'm still proud of my very minor achievements.

Question 2: Do you ever think of doing something else? Maybe writing original stories or maybe even stepping away from Wattpad and moving on with your life? I have considered it. I do have a few original stories being planned(two are in the works but it's a slow process for both of them), but I don't plan to leave Wattpad anytime soon. I have a sort of family on here, and I don't intend to leave it. No matter how frustrating it can be, being someone in my position, I wouldn't trade it fir the world. I am considering venturing into history as a profession in the future though.

Question 3: If you're comfortable with it, would you mind telling me a bit about your home life? Do you enjoy time with your family or is it hard? And do they know about your Wattpad life? My family is very supportive of who I am, and what I do. My home life is fairly good, even though I keep a lot about myself somewhat hidden. My younger sister and I are closer than most siblings, which is good. I will say that school is a struggle though, and despite having friends, I feel alone a lot and overwhelmed and stressed. But other than that, my home life is good.

Question 4: Do you share the fact that you're on Wattpad in your life, such as at school, or do you keep it under wraps? My parents are aware, as are a few of my friends, one of which also has Wattpad. But most of the people I know are unaware, or just chose to ignore that fact. It's not something I enjoy telling people all that much

Question 5: Any plans for the future with your writing? Maybe any upcoming stories? Well, as some people who follow me know(which isn't many) I recently started a new series called the Firebird, based off warriors, which I'm keen to really dive into. I also have a few other stories in the works, as mentioned before, such as a translated version of a story I have. Mostly I hope to see my writing style evolve, as I'm not as satisfied with it as I could be. But I do have school to focus on, so things will likely be slow.

Question 6: Are there any big mistakes that you regret in your life or anything you wish you can go back and change? I wish I could go back and be more open with others instead of scared to be around people. Most of all I wish I had told someone important to me something they only heard recently much sooner, as it would have probably saved us both a lot of pain. I wish they were nearer to me, close enough that I can reach out and touch them and hold them close, to know that I'm safe in their arms.

Question 7: Are you facing any big struggles in your life right now? You don't have to share any specifics if you do not feel comfortable with it. I've been struggling with my identity for over half a year. While I've been able to figure out the specifics of some things, others are uncertain, and probably will be for a while. My mental self-image, my confidence, my gender, sexuality, and many more things have been called into question by myself as of late, and while I am handling it better than I thought, it's still a mental war. It's not over, and I know it'll be ages before it is. What I can say now is that I do have plans for when it is resolved, for how I'll go forward after. Right now my main focus is to communicate with the one person who truly understands on a deeper level. Telling my family is something that comes later. Not yet. But it will happen.

Question 8: When you first started writing and posting did you expect to get your stories to get over 1,000 views and build an audience? No, I didn't, and frankly, I'm still not expecting to get more attention. But while I do get frustrated about it, it isn't something that needs to happen. I write mostly for myself and for the people who are my friends. But the attention was a pleasant surprise.
