He become famous person around the city because of his brother Steve Harrington, he is born in June 21, 1971 and he had strong personality and he is a spolied and rich person, but the only issue that he had is that his parents are totally absent from his life and don't give him a lot of attention and even his older brother don't give lot of attentions or care about his little brother ~
