Higami Hanabi was scary. Her presence so similar to that of Sano "Mikey" Manjiro. She had icey blue eyes that seemed almost unseeing and like an endless void. Higami Hanabi had a lot of charisma, allowing her to revive her older brother's gang, Amaterasu, as an all-girl gang. Amaterasu had about 100 members and 4 divisions. Led by Hanabi, her vice-captain was Shiba Yuzuha, the older sister of the Tokyo Manji Gang's second-division vice-captain, Shiba Hakkai. Amaterasu's foundation was similar to Toman's and Toman's to the first-generation Black Dragons. There were certain things Hanabi didn't like to talk about. One of those things was her brother and Sano Shinichiro, another was her relationship with Sano "Mikey" Manjiro and Tokyo Manji Gang. There were also things she liked to ignore and that was Shiba Yuzuha's relationship with the 10th generation Black Dragons' leader. But unfortunately, she had to confront that reality when Yuzuha requested to leave the gang to stop a war from happening between Black Dragons and Amaterasu. "And what about your brother huh? Is he still a part of Tokyo Manji Gang? Why is it that you have to leave?" Himiko, their first-division captain argues "It's not fair Yuzuha-san!"

They're sitting in an abandoned warehouse. Red spider lilies were painted on the walls, flat crates piled up covered with styrofoam and sheets to create makeshift seating areas, sandbags hung up in corners, a few indoor plants in some areas, and just whole place had a nice vibe to it. It smelled good too. After all, it was the headquarters for a girl gang. Higami Hanabi is sitting on a makeshift throne, also made of crates, sheets and styrofoam. Her icy blue eyes are staring at Yuzuha, but they look unseeing. Like she's seeing everything but nothing at the same time. It looks like Hanabi has zoned out but all the captains are smart enough to know that's not the case. Yuzuha shivers and looks away from Hanabi immediately. She knew this wouldn't go well especially since it hadn't been long since the death of Baji Keisuke, Hanabi's childhood friend. Higami Hanabi was a ticking time bomb and it wasn't just the Amaterasu captains who were trying to get out of the impact zone but also Tokyo Manji Gang. From what Yuzuha has heard from her younger brother, it was the same for Toman with their situation with Sano "Mikey" Manjiro. "Yuzuha" Mirae, their third-division captain says with a frown "Come on... Why do you have to be the one to pick up after your brother?"

Yesterday, Yuzuha had made the mistake of allowing Hakkai to bring Tokyo Manji Gang's first division captain Hanagaki Takemichi and his girlfriend Tachibana Hinata into Black Dragons territory. Takemichi got his ass beat by Shiba Taiju, the 10th Black Dragon's leader and in exchange for not only Takemichi's life but Hinata's safety, Yuzuha and Hakkai told their brother they'd leave their respective gangs. However, it seems that Hanabi wasn't taking this too well. She had the same look in her eyes when Yuzuha told Hanabi the news of Baji Keisuke leaving Tokyo Manji Gang. "Hanabi-san... It's your decision" Aya, the second division captain and mediator says

Hanabi stares down at all of them. She looks angry. Now that Yuzuha thinks about it, she doesn't remember ever seeing Hanabi truly happy or even showing any emotion in her unseeing eyes that wasn't anger or burning rage. Yuzuha has heard a lot about Sano "Mikey" Manjiro from Hakkai. Apparently, he was also terrifying and looked like he wasn't looking at anything. Hakkai often described the infamous invincible Mikey like he was the devil incarnate but at the same time with such pride and esteem. Yuzuha feels the same way about Hanabi. Even now as they all wait for Hanabi's decision about Yuzuha's request, she's terrified but also has a great deal of admiration for her. Finally, Hanabi moved, a simple cock of her head was enough to make most the captains take a single step back. "Your brother is in second division right?" Hanabi says

Yuzuha nods and Hanabi hums. "call Mitsuya Takashi"

It wasn't a request, it was an order. Yuzuha isn't usually afraid of Hanabi but today she was just plain scary. She pulled out her phone and quickly scrolled through the contacts, dialling Mitsuya's number. Hanabi puts her hand out before Yuzuha even puts the phone to her ear. She gulps and walks over to Hanabi and hands her the phone. Hanabi puts it to her ear. "Mitsuya" Hanabi's tone is void of any emotion and it makes them all shiver "I want to talk to you about Shiba Hakkai... I don't care if you're in a meeting right now... I want to see you... Fine... I'm bringing all of them there"
