AUTHOR'S POV

As all were eagerly waiting for the arrival of the prospective bride, a ringing of mobile distracted them which was of Akshat's mobile flashing the emergency office number on call.

Akshat immediately rose from his seat to receive the urgent call apologizing to all for disturbance.

As he moved out of the hall Aashna arrived in the hall followed by the head house helper Rati keeping her company. Aashna  arrived in the main hall and greeted all the elders of her potential groom  and in an attempt to not offend any of them.

After the greeting some questions were asked by Chandrika Devi to ensure that Aashna could be the next queen or not. And being satisfied with the answers of Aashna she told Mr. Thakur to let her go as according to her marriages aren't decided in front young ones. Just as Aashna left the hall Akshat arrived by completing his phone call. Seeing him Chandrika proposed a thought to let Akshat meet Aashna alone. Mr. Thakur agreed for it and requested Akshat to go to the adjacent room in the hallway and wait for sometime Aashna will arrive soon there.

AKSHAT'S POV

As I started to go to the room a helper led the way. When I entered the room I could see it was a well decorated with a royal touch room having a bigger window with the view of their haveli's garden. I moved closer to the window to have a look of the garden, it was a beautiful garden and some white peacocks and indian peacocks were seen in the garden moving here and there. I was enjoying the soothing view when I was startled with the voice of the head helper named Rati.

Rati:  Your Highness, the garden you are seeing was built by the order of our princess only as she really likes peacocks and flowers. She looks afer them herself only.

Akshat only hummed in response. When he turned only to be face by the none other princess Aashna Thakur herself. She was dressed in the rajputani royal dress for princesses which he assumed to be designed by one of the best indian designers with only giving some amount of her facial features with the sheer fabric of her veil, which was wore by princesses when meeting some unknown for first time.

Ignoring the presence of princess Akshat only turned back to look outside of the window. Neither Akshat spoke or greeted her nor she. Both were standing in the silence. After sometime which would be enough for short conversation Akshat moved out of the room without giving a glance to Aashna.

The elders of Raichand were seemingly satisfied with the meet and moved out of the haveli by giving the shagun and fixing the alliance of Akshat and Aashna.
