AKSHAT'S POV
I was sitting in my confined space where I get the peace of mind i.e. my study room listening to the radio and remembering today's happenings. I could remember how just after returning to Raichand palace my mother has asked me about my views on the alliance and I could only say that it was meant to happen today or tomorrow as I'm to be king (crowned prince) there is the need of my marriage for the future queen, so it doesn't matter whether I want to marry or not.
Truth to be told I have never thought about my marriage or love, I only think of it as my responsibility towards my progeny. Even though if I think about marrying I can never think to agreeing on this proposal happily. According to me I want an ambitious, storng girl who doesn't cares about money, royalty and status. She should have a heart full of love and a helpful nature along with her own unique personality.
But the girl Or should I say Princess Aashna Thakur isn't that kind of. Infact she is much more with the personality of my grandmother Rajmata Chandrika Devi. Just like her she is also sophisticated royal Princess who aspires to be only the queen of other kingdom after her marriage. By looking at her i can how she also wants everything perfect in place without any mistakes and is very much in favor of rules and restrictions that should be followed by a princess or to be queen.
But what to do my only hope to be out of this marriage alliance is also lost. I had thought that she will be like a normal girl and if she sees that I'm not interested in this marriage and not giving her importance she will herself deny this proposal, but to my utter dismay she gave her consent. And this only confirms that this marriage doesn't matter to her also, only what matters is the power and status of the to be queen of Jaipur.
All these only strengthen my lesson which I had leant in the past that, "Never believe anyone to be good, they are beingor pretending to be good only because you have money and power".
