Izuku's parents has divorced ever since he was 3, he couldn't remember clearly why the tiny pieces he knows is just that in fact his dad hated his mom, and himself. After the divorce he lived with his mother, Inko Midoriya but then her mom unfortunately died in a villain attack. That is why he had no choice to live with his father now, since no one has interest on taking him since he's quirkless.
3rd person POV
It was the last period of the day, also almost the end of the middle school year. The teacher asked, " It's almost the end of the year.. you I'd like you all to fill out a form what do you want to be future ahead.." the teacher took the paper and paused "But I know.. You all is going to hero course right?!" Everybody began to cheer then activate their own quirk except for 1 kid.. Izuku Midoriya. The Teacher then continued, "Great quirks everyone! But activating your quirks in school isn't allowed okay?". Then the explosive blonde kid cut off talking, "Oh come on teach! don't put us all in the same category.. these other extras are just another loser.". Then all of the other classmates complains about how the blonde explosive kid, Katsuki Bakugo. "Shut your explosive ass!" 1 classmate replied, the other classmates replied also, "Yeah shut it! no need to flex about your quirk all day long!".
After all that fight, the teacher decided to calm the students down. The teacher then asked, "Izuku Midoriya... didn't you applied to UA High school?" Then the whole class burst out laughing, 1 classmate replied "What? The quirkless kid? You're joking!" They all then continued to laugh it off. Then Bakugo came to Midoriya's table using his quirk on the table destroying it. "You're serious Deku? how can a quirkless loser got accepted to UA high.. stop dreaming. you can't get to UA just by studying it off." Deku, A nickname given to Midoriya by Bakugo, taken from the word "Dekunobou." It roughly translates to "good for nothing,". Izuku then replied "Well uh I mean Kacchan! It have been my dream s-since I was a little.. I-I have to at least try.. y'know?". Bakugo then replied off again "What do you mean by at least try? not to brag again that you're quirkless." The bell then rang the teacher gather the attention then excuse the students to go home.
10 Minutes later after the bell rang, there are 4 students that is left on the class, which is Midoriya, Bakugo and his gang. Midoriya was just preparing to get home, tidying up his books, pencils, stationary while then Bakugo snatches one of his analysis books. "H-hey Kacchan!" Midoriya spoke. Then Bakugo spoke "What is this trash? Analysis quirk data? Useless crap." Then he thrown that book off the window to the fish pool. "K-Kacchan! you wont have to do that..!" Izuku responded. "Well hear me here Deku, If you really want to be a hero and have a quirk, just keep dreaming and take a swan dive off the rooftop and wish you got a quirk in your next life." said Bakugo while tapping Midoriyas shoulder with his quirk activated.
Midoriyas POV
I stared at Kacchan trembling seems like a ghost just appeared in front of my face. I swimmed into my thought thinking, "Did Kacchan just said that..? No he couldn't be! I-I mean he would never be so mean to his childhood friend.. would he? I mean.. he wouldn't be that mean.. we are besties! No.. kacchan always been like this since I announce that I was quirkless.. stop dreaming Deku! It just..". Without realizing I snapped out of my thought just to see Kacchan going away. Did I spaced out too long? Is he annoyed while I was spaced out and not responding to him?.. "Ah right! the books!". Remembering about the book, I quickly pack my belongings and quickly ran from the top floor to the bottom floor going to the spot where my book fell, the fish pool. I saw as the fish were biting my notebook. I stared at the pool grabbing my wet book I took a grip of my hand, "Damn fish. This is not a food.". I thought, "why do Kacchan do this to me? what did I do wrong? by being quirkless? do being quirkless is that bad?".
Later on, I was walking on my way to the grocery store, It was 16:14 school ended at 15:30. I used a shortcut to avoid discrimination or bullying from peoples in my school.. they would recognize me instantly knowing I'm popular there from being quirkless. The shortcut I usually use has a short tunnel on Its way. Things would felt normal there, but this time I knew something was off. I entered the tunnel as like I usually walked there normally while then I felt something sluggish, green monster looking like grabbed me, It happened so fast, I don't get a chance to run, or dodge it. I felt like I couldn't breathe, I tried to scream but I cant scream. "h-he..lp let.. me go.." as I said weakly when the villain replied "Trying to escape? don't dream about it, You're about to pass out? Don't you?". I felt like I was about to pass out when I suddenly heard a loud thump on the ground I knew It was All Might once I heard him saying "I AM HERE!!", That Is right when I pass out cause of running of breath.
Once I woke up, All Might was slapping my face. He was trying to wake me up I thought since he's doing that while saying "come one, wake up young one.. I got jobs to do" over and over again. I opened my eyes slowly and quickly stood up and stuttered looking at my number 1 Idol and my motivation to become a hero. "A-a-Allmight! c-can I-" then All Might answered "sure young boy! I already signed in one of your notebooks!" Then I replied, "N-no.. It's not that.. It just.. can I ask 1 thing?" All Might looking confused just accepted it, saying " Sure young one! But be quick I got jobs to do..!" Not wanting to make him wait, I quickly asked. "c-could a be a Hero without having.. well uhm.. a quirk? or as in being quirkless?..." silence walked across this conversation, Now I kind of feel a little awkward then a few seconds later all might cut the silence replied, "I'm sorry young ones.. It's just.. well- Having a dream of becoming hero is great! just well If you're quirkless.. think of something more realistic.. like quirkless being a hero.. I can't imagine that happening.. Unfortunately no kid, If you're quirkless you can't be a hero.. It's too dangerous y'know.."
My heart felt like it was shattered in pieces hearing my idol, my only motivation to be a hero did not even approve of me being a hero. Then, the symbol of peace just pass and jump from building to building going to elsewhere. "I won't even think to go to the grocery store anymore I maybe It's just time to go home" thought.
