This idea is a trilogy, the first being this one and is set in Konohagakure. There are lots of Ocs in this(of the Haruno Clan). This essentially just taking the Brotherhood and making it fit into the context of Naruto.
The characters from the actual games and books are Not Main Characters in this, they are referenced as Past members. Yes, I know that the Timeline doesn't quite match up with the full timeline of Mentors in AC. This is on purpose.

We all know the story of how Naruto became the sixth Hokage. What if some of the clans had more... Dangerous connection to the balance of the world.
Enter the deadly secretes of the Haruno and Uchiha Clans. Sakura, after loosing her parents from an ambush, lives and learns about her clan's history from her cousin(oc). Sasuke, after becoming part of Team 7 starts to unknowingly learn the secretes his family has kept hidden since the beginning of Konoha's creation.
Constantly at odds about their opposing clan views, Sasuke and Sakura have to learn to work together to stop the biggest threat that Konoha has ever seen. One that the five great shinobi nations have secretly been harbouring since the time of the First Hokage.
Together, Team 7 have to overcome their journey into the shinobi world while uncovering dangerous truths about themselves and their village. Will the three pre-teens be able to save Konohagakure from it's impending doom? Or will they fall apart from old biases and centuries of hatred?
