Description: the user is able to perfectly understand another's emotions/emotional state(i.e depressed; happy) and can manipulate/improve those feelings/state
Example: if someone is suicidal, the user can talk them out of suicide by slowly draining the suicidal thoughts from them.(Think of that particular emotion as a basin of water and the user's quirk is the drain that's slowly depleting the water from the basin. And if needed, replacing it with something else)
