Chapter 3

Beep Be-

I sat straight up in bed and shut my phone off.

"Ahhh" I scream and jump out of bed. My mom comes rushing up the stairs.

"Oh sorry Im just excited" I said trying to hold in another scream.

My mom just laughed.

I turned and looked in my closet for my best clothes. In the very back I found a pair of new leggings, a skirt, and a sweater that has a note on it.

Have fun sweetie I love you

I turned to see my mom in the doorway smiling. I ran up and gave her a big hug.

"Thank you!" I said.

I was about to turn around when my mom pulled out new boots from behind her back!

"Ahh I love you" I said.

"I love you too" she said handing me my new boots.

I ran too change and quickly came out to show my mom "I love it!" She exclaimed.

I ran back and did my hair and makeup. When I came out my mom clapped as I did a "Cat walk".

I looked at my phone as soon as my mom left. Its 6:30 which means I have 30 minutes to get finished. I checked to make sure I had everything in my suitcase and then grabbed my bag full of the things ill need on the train then I grabbed my blue and yellow umbrella incase it started to rain.

When I had everything I ran downstairs and grabbed a water bottle from the fridge and put it in my bag that I then put it in my suitcase for now.

"Wheres Eli?" I said to mom.

"You can go wake him up" she said.

I ran up the stairs and opened his door. "Bubba sissy's gonna leave soon" I said.

"mm" he murmured.

I walked over and picked him up on my hip to carry him downstairs.

"Hey buddy" I said standing him up.

He just wrapped his arms around my neck which made me want to cry.

"Ill be back I promise but for now promise me you'll play with that race car for me" I said.

"Okay. I love you" He said before letting go.

"I love you too Eli" I stood up and gave my mom a hug.

"I love you honey be safe please and call me when you get done with FanRave" she said.

"I will mom. I love you too now I have to leave" I picked my stuff up and headed to the door. I turned around "Bye I love you guys" I said.

"We love you too" My mom said.

I walked out the door and unfortunately It was raining. I fixed my umbrella and put it over my head and started to head down my road. I had to call a taxi to pick me up from the store.

When I had made it to the store I could see the taxi waiting. I knocked on the window to the drivers seat. "Hello I called for the taxi this morning" I saw a woman sitting in there that looked just like... "Casey! What are you doing here!" I asked.

"Well for one theres no taxis that come here but fortunately for you I am a part time taxi driver... now hop in" she said.

I put my stuff in the backseat then sat down.

"So where is it your going?" she asked.

"The Oklahoma city train station" I said.

"Well okay then.. 1 hour and 20 minutes and we will be there.. for now do whatever" she said.
