ST. LOUIS STAR DISPATCH
THE BLUE MAGICIAN
Reports shown that a figure in blue has been reportedly stealing from many of our citizens, even managing to smuggle in alcohol. St. Louis's Officer, Raymond quoted "He is a menace that needed to be caught!", and with his partner Max, they will get him. The blue magician was said to be pulling off tricks that are deemed impossible to many.
The officers described him somehow stealing their badges without them noticing, being completely fast and untouchable. The majority deems this to be a hoax.

The newspaper was slammed on the desk, two officers sitting in front of the desk, while the chief of police glared at them.
"...You. Are. Idiots!" The Chief of Police yelled at two officers. Those two officers are gonna be known as Max and Raymond.
"Sir, he needs to be caught!" Max complained.
"That menace should be locked behind bars...scratch that, drown him under the water for what trickery he just pulled off!" Raymond backed up Max.
"Listen! I know you've been assigned to many tasks, but the "Blue Magician"? You're being absolutely ridiculous!" The Chief of Police said.
"We saw him with our very own eyes! He somehow managed to steal our wallets without us even noticing, before he told us directly!" Max said.
The Chief of Police groaned, walking back and forth.
"I gave you...multiple weeks! Weeks so you can get your act up together, and you haven't changed one single bit!" The Chief of Police scolded them, clearly angered.
As he yelled at the two officers, nearby the window was someone in blue, wearing a top-hat. He glanced at the officers, giving a wave.
"...Sir?" Max muttered.
"I am tired of you buffoons! You're making us look like a fool! We're supposed to protect and serve, not act like maniacs!" The Chief of Police was unaware about the presence of the man in the suit.
The person in blue raised a playing card, seemingly taunting them.
"Sir!" Raymond yelled.
"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't take your badges right now, you little-!"
Before the Chief of Police could finish his sentence, Raymond snapped. The Cat Officer rushed to the window, shattering it completely. He tackled the man in blue, beating him down.
Max joined in as well, grabbing his baton and beating down the culprit. The eventually stop, only to reveal that...it was someone different.
"Ughh...what the hell!" It was just a bystander who was similar, mistaken to be a culprit.
"Sir, I am so sorry!" Max apologized.
"What did I do?! I just wanted to tell you that someone left this playing card! Ugh!" The bystander shoved Max, scoffing and walking away. He dropped the playing card, revealing it to be an ace of spades.
"...YOU'RE DONE! HAND OVER YOUR BADGES!" The Chief of Police broke. He grabbed the two, dragging them away.
"W-Wait, please!" Raymond begged.
As Raymond and Max get stripped off of their duties, we see the same bystander walking up to someone in the same outfit as him, hiding in an alley. The different cat in blue handed him some currency.
"Appreciate takin' the fall." The different cat in blue thanked him.
"I had to take a beating for you...any cuts?" The bystander asked.
"You're fine as always."
"Y/N...just go sneak off." The bystander said, walking away from him.
"...All clear." The cat named Y/N looked both ways, giving the signal.
Three sets of eyes opened, as the hidden three come out of hiding. We pan out, the shadow silhouettes of them were shown, carrying bottles and hurrying up.
