"That move of yours was incredible dude! Why waste all that talent to become a lawyer?" I heard Aiden talking.
"You know hockey is not for me bro, being a lawyer is. I only do this for fun."
"You sound like your dad talking."
"What can I say Ryder, my life is already planned. At least I can still play while I'm in college, but that's it."
"I have to thank Alex later, because I don't know if I could do it."
"Now you not complaining for being 3 minutes younger than her?"
"Don't tell her that please. I don't think I would ever hear the end of it."
We sat in the benches outside of Aiden's home rink taking a break from the practice and that's when Alexandra shows up in the balcony of her room.
'Who's that with her?'
"Did your sister get a boyfriend?" Very smooth Ryder.
"Yeah, he's name is Elliot. I'm not sure if I like the dude."
"Why is that?" If Aiden doesn't like him, then he's not good news.
"I don't know man. He's got this strange vibe and she's acting weird since they started dating."
"You didn't talk to her about?" I look up at the both of them and even we can't hear they seem to be arguing about something.
"Of course a I tried dude, but she doesn't listen. She says that everything is fine so what else I can do."
'A lot more Aiden.'
The Elliot dude looks down at us and stares at me almost trying to intimidate me. He's being for real now? So I stare back at him and he looks away back to Alexandra.
'That's what I thought.'
"They are almost at each other's throats." Ryder says, which brings Aiden attention to them.
