Lisa hasn't spoken to me ever since that incident, it's been a few days. I haven't seen her anywhere, not at school or at home. I sighed and stood in front of her house. I just wanted to see her.

"Lucy isn't here, I think...?"

"Huh?" I turned back to see who said it and it was Minnie unnie, I bowed to them and smiled

"Thank you for let me know, I would have looked like an idiot banging on the door" I laughed to myself and sighed.

"I never thought Lucy would be close to you?"

"What makes you say that? Unnie"

"Lucy is a very... distant child in our family, not close to anyone but her late father. But looking at you guys, I could tell that she is very close to you. You are lucky Jennie. I wish she was close to me" she said with a small sad smile.

"But I am sure she wants to be close to you too? Maybe she is just..."

"Just what?" a deep voice roared behind me and I jumped.

"Ah-"

"Oh, Lucy. You are here?"

"Yeah. I have been sleeping for days"
she yawns and looks at me. "What were you guys talking about?"

"Nothing" I said with a pout. I can't believe she spent her day sleeping while I was worried about her for no reason.

"What do you want?" she asked and I
looked behind to see if unnie was there but, Minnie unnie wasn't there.

"Where is unnie?"

"She left"

"Oh, I couldn't even say bye"

"Now. Tell me why you are here" Lucy asked and pushed her brown hair back and leans towards the door frame with her hands crossed.

Wow. That's hot....

"I- wh- wait. Oh my lord." I close my eyes and sigh, there is no way I shuttered like a bitch. I looked at her and "I am here to check on you, I didn't see you for a few days and I was worried about you." I whispered the last part and looked away from her.

"What? You were worried for me?" I could hear the cockiness in her tone. I looked at her and she just smirked and patted my head "come in" she said and stepped away from the door.

I entered her house and closed the door
"Lock it" she said and I did.

"so, why didn't you come to school?" I start the conversation before I get distracted and forget about it.

"It was boring to go"

"That's all? That's your reason!?" I blinked twice and looked at her in confusion.

"Yep."

"......really?"

She nods her head and goes to her room, knowing I would follow her. And yes, I did follow her into the room and sat on the ground while I leaned on the bed. She came and sat next to me.

"I didn't go because... I had to send my mom back to Thailand." She said and curls herself, knees to the chest while her hands wrapped around her legs for support. She leans her head down to her hand and looks at me with a sweet look; I wish I could describe it. Her eyes were relaxed and on me.

"How did that go?"

"It was okay. She didn't put up a fight. Thanks to you..." she whispers.

"Don't thank me. I didn't do anything"

"No! Don't say that." She got up and
looked at her with her brow furrowed.

"Whoa- chill."

"You don't understand how much you have helped me" she said and held my hand.

"Okay okay, I am sorry" I sighed and she let go of my hand with a small apology. I pout as I missed her warm hands on mine.

She looks at me and chuckles. "You are a cutie..." she said and pinched my cheek.

"Yah! Lucy! Don't do that" I pout while her hands were on my cheek, she just laughs and plays with it.
I just stared at her face, she had a really pretty doll-like face. No wonder she is so popular. Those big doe eyes, her pretty long eye lashes to her cute button nose, to her plumy red lips... but my eyes trail down to her neck, where her scar was seen. I lifted my hand and placed it on the scar without giving it a second thought.

"Jen?" she calls my name soft and gentle. I looked at her and just sighed. She has this gentle look on her face yet, I could tell she was blushing from her red ears.

"Sorry... I just want to..."

"It's okay" she said and held my hand, while my hand remained on her neck. I lightly traced her scar, and looked at her to see what kind of expression she had.
Oh my lord.
She softly bites her lower lip while still looking at me; I could tell she was sensitive there. Her face was red, so were her ears.

"Jennie..." she breathes out my name, almost like a whimper. She leans close enough to rest her head against my shoulder.
What is this? What is happening?
I could feel my heart race out of my chest. She breathes out heavy yet soft. I could feel her breath tickle down my neck, as I shivered.

"LIISAAAA-YAAHHHHH" someone shouts from the door, so loud. Lucy flinches and looks at me in confusion as if she wasn't expecting this to happen. I just looked at her not knowing what to say.
But... I could tell that she likes me... as she cursed under her breath and closed her face with her hands and sighed into it.
She stood up and ran to the door, in anger. I could hear her slam open the door. I chuckled and went down to see who it was.

"Can't you ring the bell????"

"I did!"

"You didn't! If you did I could have heard it"

"Maybe it's broken! Duh"

"jezz. I hate you. Rosie" bunch of dorks. I thought and went back to her room, sitting where I was. I looked at my hand and remembered the feeling of her soft skin on mine. My body just felt the butterflies just by thinking of that. Ugh. What have you done?

"Prom is coming up, did you fin- oh... hello Jennie" Rosie said and waved a small hi and I waved her back. "I didn't know you were here"

"I see..." what do I even say?

"umm.... Well... "

"anyways Li-"and Lucy shouts and slaps Rosie's mouth shut tight.

"sorry about that. Jennie." Lucy smiles and takes Rosie downstairs. I couldn't hear them but I just sat there, thinking of her. Thinking what would happen if Rosie didn't come.
Maybe... we could have kissed?

WHAT AM I THINKING!

"Jezz..." I sighed and looked at the phone, waiting for them..
