I know many will find Eda stubborn and think EdSer aren't progressing, but I am loving how I am writing them in this story.
I have written this chapter with depth, often got emotional writing it, which is something rare even when I write deeper angst. I hope readers will feel that. It's important to explore both Eda and Serkan's feelings, and what they have gone through, that's what I am doing here.
It's also important for Eda to empty her bag if she one day is back to Serkan. That's what this chapter stands for.
The story would end if I patch EdSer up too quick, and at least, in here, we are dealing with their own feelings and hardships, not silly and exterior excuses to keep them apart like in some senseless plots of the show.

Serkan looked at Eda, she breathed heavily and he sensed it, she was about to faint. She walked off, with wobbly steps out of the open space and reached the stairs, probably to sit down but she lost her balance and fell forwards before he could reach to catch her.
"Eda!" He held her waist, and Eda's eyes were shut, she felt his hot breath and safe embrace around her body and she came back to herself instantly, holding her head and raising, sitting up holding the railing of the stairs and breathing sharply.
"I am not ready for this, you shouldn't have..." She breathed nervously, panic all over her face.
"Bak bana, bak bana Eda." Serkan held her hands, trying to calm her just like he did that day, in the plane, as theh had barely met.
"I can't do it." Panic seized her face and she tried to breath, looking around, this place itself, with all the memories it held, was closing in on her.
"You can, I believe in you. I saw you work, I didn't check the project but I know you worked hard on it. I believe in you, you can do this. Don't let her words get to you, she doesn't know a fraction of the hardships you have, you're so much stronger than her. And you're so talented Eda, I knew that since the day I reviewed your dossier to give you a scholarship when you were nothing but a faceless student to me." Serkan poured, stroking the back of her palms.
"You can do this, nefes." Serkan coached and Eda breathed in deep, closing her eyes.
Serkan gave her a minute to even her breathing. "Tamam ?" He asked holding out a hand to rise her.
"You took your hypertension medecines this morning, right ?" He asked.
"I did, but sometimes..." Eda gulped, embarassement filling her, she was sick, not everyone understood hypertension, it was constant stress, a constant feel of nerves buzzing, the littlest of thing, and sometimes nothing getting to her.
It took a lot of self control and calming to go through with it. Self control Pyril had smashed with how she had shouted at her infront of everyone.
"Tamam, I got your back. It's just thirty minutes of presentation, and then their questions, that's all. Try to be casual, you feel bad any instant, you look at me and I will fake an emergency call and send you to it, while I'll complete your presentation with what I figure, tamam ?" Serkan reassured, reaching to put a hand on her back then stopping himself, and Eda nodded, her heart swelling with his consideration.
"Tamam." She agreed, breathing.
"This project isn't that important Eda, I don't care. It's not more important than you, it's alright." Serkan promised as they walked towards the conference room.
