Here we go again

"Hello Y/n miss me bitch" someone says on the phone. "Who is this" I asked looking at the table seeing Abby still eating but Miguel and Mike are watching me closely. "You should know who I am you ruined my life" they said. "I didn't ruin a thing I think you have the wrong number" I said slamming the phone down hanging it up. "That was weird" I said turning around laughing a little. RING. I hear jumping I pick up the phone. "Look this isn't fucking funny leave me alone" I said into the phone getting ready to hang it up but I hear. "L/n you and Diaz need to come into the station NOW" I hear chief yell on the other side. "Oh I'm so sorry sir right away leaving now" I said hanging up.

"We have to go to the station come on". "Okay let me get my things quick he said standing up and running to HIS room. "I love you" I yell to Mike before shutting the door.

We run to my car and I try an start it but it doesn't start. "That's freaky" I said turning to Miguel. "Just uh try it again" he said me trying the key again...nothing. "Okay come on you piece of shi- I got cut off to the car actually starting. "Well hallelujah" Miguel said shocked. I laugh lightly and start to drive out of our driveway.

"What's wrong chief we came as fast as possible" I said running into his office. "Vanessa she's alive" chief said looking at Miguel and I. I look at Miguel and he's already looking at me in complete shock. "Uh since when, when did you find out" I asked looking at chief. "Since this morning she called hoping she didn't lose her job she even asked about you two" he said pointing at us. "Oh that's not creepy" Miguel whispered as I wave my arm to stop holding back a laugh. "Do you think we could visit Vanessa" I asked looking at Miguel and then back to the chief. "Psh I uh don't see why not" he said. "GREAT" I yell grabbing Miguel's hand and run out of the office.

"Whoa whoa whoa where do you two think you're going" the front desk lady asked. "Oh right sorry we are looking for Vanessa Afton" Miguel says. "Ah yeah Miss Vanessa she's in room 305" the front desk lady says pointing in the direction her room is at. "Thank you so much" I said waving bye to her and Miguel and I run to her room.

"Vanessa" I say softly as I knock on the door. "What are you doing her" she said with a rude attitude. "Checking up on you" I said walking over to the open chair next to her bed. "Oh now you care" she said rolling her eyes. "Vanessa we have always cared" Miguel starts. "Yes we were mad but all of that's over" I finished looking at her to see a reaction. "No it's not Y/n" Vanessa said with fear in her voice and her looking at me with worry in her eyes. "Why do you say that" I asked looking at Miguel. "My dad I went to go look for something in the storage room but that's where his body once was. I left the room then went back his body was.....gone" she said looking in my eyes. My heart drops. I look at Miguel and he looks like he seen a ghost. "We need you Vanessa if you're willing to work with Miguel and I we need your help locating your dad" I said grabbing onto her hand. "But everything I did to you to" she said starting to tear up. "Forget about it we forgive you" Miguel starts "mostly" I said smiling. "But I'm willing to put it aside if it means future kids and future night guards are safe" I said looking at Vanessa. "Can we start over" she asked looking at us two. "Hello I'm Y/n and you two are" I asked holding my hand out for them to shake. "Miguel" he said taking my hand and shanking it. "Vanessa" she said taking my hand shaking it as we all laugh.

I hope we put an end to this dude. He needs to be stopped. And we have the right team to do it.
