Untitled Part 23

Maddie's POV

Lilac and I pulled the hide-a-bed out when Rayne and Brooke went up stairs. We never took our clothes off but we later their teasing each other. I stopped my movements, Lilac's shirt glad way pushed up with my hands laying on her abs. I heard my mother scream my name. She sounded panicked. Than her and the pack ran into the living room followed my Rayne's old group of rouges with their weapons pointed in the air. I heard a car door slam and Mack's scent hit my face immediately. My mom wanted me to busy her while she fought off the rouges. I jerked Lilac off the couch and dragged her outside. I ran straight into Mack and grabbed her in a hug and pushed her towards her car while still hugging me. Lilac grimaced, noticing Mack's hands on my waist and I smiled at her. Then Jake ran outside followed by ten rouges.

Lilac blindfolds her and put her in the car. Rose said to him.

When I saw her start on what she instructed I went to help Jake. She gave me a heart filled look. She and Mack both just had a birthday and they can now sense their feelings for each other. Mack won't know what they are until she's changed. I gave Jake a nod and she backed out of the fight and ran to Mack and Lilac in the car.

Don't let her out. Rose told Jake.

She knew what I meant and kept Lilac from getting out of the car. Then I noticed the rouges circling me. I waited for them to make a move and finally they did. Five of them stood back to watch while the other five tried to attack me at the same time. I kicked the one behind me in the chest and he flew into the hood of Mack's car and didn't get up. I stabbed two in the neck. Two more to go. They gave each other to smile. The talker one attacked from behind at the same time the one in front of me attacked. I jumped up at the second. The shorter one had a knife and it plunged into the other guy's stomach and he fell. The other five ran inside at a command. The shorter one tried to move in on me again but this time in some form. I jumped up behind him and stepped on a leaf. When he started to turn around I did the same thing. He started to turn in circles abs I jumped into a tree. When he stopped circling himself and tilted his head I dropped down on his back and broke his neck. I jumped off him and started to walk inside but felt a sharp pain in my lower back. I heard Lilac scream out but I clenched my teeth as I looked at the smirking bitch beside me. Before he knew what happened I snap his neck between my hands and told Jake and Lilac I was okay and to stay in the car. I ran inside and saw the fight was over here. Brooke and Rayne stared at bloody body barley breathing on the bed Lilac and I had just vacated a moment ago. I walked over and let out a strangled scream. I ran to my mom and cradled her in my arms. She looked up at me and gave me a weak smile. A tear slipped from my eyes. I placed my wrist in her mouth and placed my other hand on her heart where she was stabbed several times. I called my energy forth while she was drinking my blood and started to heal her. I felt the wound close under my hands and felt mom get her strength back. But she still hasn't quit drinking my blood. My vision started to go black. I felt myself tilt backwards off the bed but I could stop. My wrist started to slide from her mouth but she gripped my arm. I fell into strong arms and saw Jake back hand my mom. Then I passed out.

Lilac's POV

When I felt Maddie being drained I panicked and begged Jake to let me go to her. She told Mack to stay put and he'd come back for her. We ran inside and saw Maddie trying to pull away from her own mother but couldn't. She was getting weaker by the second. We both jumped into action immediately. I walked up behind Maddie as she started to fall off the bed. I caught her in my arms as Jake back handed Cynthia. She met my gaze but I could tell she wasn't conscious. Than her eyes closed and her heart beat slowed even more. I started to panic even more as I rushed up the stairs. Jake went and got Mack than followed Rayne and Brooke upstairs. We splashed some water on her face and Jake instructed me to put her in my lap, but comfortably. I placed her head on my chest and handed my wrist to Jake as she drained about three pints of blood and pumped it into Maddie's system. Her eyes fluttered open and she looked at me. A look of confusion crossed her face. I got worried, than her face flooded with love and recognition. Before I could even register relief she leaned up and pressed her lips to mine. Mack and Jake sat on one side of her and Brooke and Rayne on the other with me curled up to her side. I healed her side where she was stabbed and she fell asleep in my arms. Than Rayne and Brooke left to check for rouge survivors and Jake went to make sure Cynthia knew what's happened. Mack lay curled up Maddie's other side. She decided to test my worthiness of Maddie. She jumped on me and I pushed her back calling Jake. She came in as she started to jump on me again. She caught her mid air. Maddie wrapped her arms around my waist tightly. I felt my breath leave me and I was pretty sure my face was now blue. I tried to loosen her grip but she just thrashed round. Her handed land on my crotch and Jake busted out laughing. I tried to move a little so her hand wouldn't be directly on me but all that did was move her hand gently causing me to hold back a moan. Maddie stirred in her sleep and her hand rubbed against me again. That time I couldn't hold it back. I moaned and tried to wake Maddie but all she did was rubbing on me even more. Jake busted out laughing and caused Maddie to wake. She looked at her confused and she pointed to where her hand still was.

"You practically have her hand job in your sleep." She busted out laughing again but sobered up when Mack tried to hug her.

"We'll just leave you too alone. Mack if you need anything Jake can tell you where to find me." She said taking my hand and leading me outside to the woods. She placed on the grass and patted the spot next to her. I placed next to her and we stayed like that for an hour. Than Cynthia came up to us and Maddie cowered into my side.

"What do you want mom? I'm busy comforting your own daughter that you tried to drain. We don't need you here right now so what in the hell do you need?" I said to her. She started to fume but took a deep breath and started to explain. It better be good.
