Luna easily got past the first 10 obstacles. She swirled her long elegant neck around, looking for her little brother, Blue. Blue was a few obstacles behind. He was staring across her at Cricket to the right of her. Luna rolled her eyes, and shouted over to him, saying, "Oi, eyes on the prize, you dingleberry!"

He shifted his gaze to Luna and gave her a rueful look. She held back from rolling her eyes again. "I just want to make sure she's doing okay." He explained. Cricket let out a yelp and Blue jumped forward, checking if she was alright. Cricket ducked her head and smiled shyly.

Luna COULD NOT hold back her eye roll this time. She flew straight over to Blue and grabbed him by the tail, nearly surprising him into falling out of the sky. "Listen," She whispered fiercely in his ear. "You have to stop simping for her."

Blue was bewildered. "I-I don't simp for her." Luna scoffed. "How can you be so sweet and so dumb at the same time, I'm surprised you even know what a simp is." Blue frowned at her. "That's not nice Luna."

Without another word he flew away, closer to Cricket. "Hey!" Swordtail called from a bit further away. "You called dibs on that spot so you can't switch!"

"Hi." Blue said, as he positioned himself next to Cricket. "Hey." She replied. Blue didn't really know what to say after this. "Um-" he started. Cricket dipped her nose towards him. "What's up?" she said, Her tail twining with his. He brushed her wing. "Nothing to concern you," he said. Cricket nudged his cheek with her snout. "You can tell me anything." She said reassuringly. He shook his head. "Really, I'm fine." He said. "Are you sure?" She pressed, raising her eyebrows. Blue looked away.

Cricket frowned. Was he hiding something from her?

Blue and Cricket passed the next few challenges in almost complete silence. They helped each other through tough ones. Luna kept on glancing over at them and frowned when she realized Cricket was still with Blue. Eventually she gave up and flew next to Swordtail, who was trying to squeeze into a hole angrily but determined. After he finally got out, Luna elegantly slipped through.

Now, here with Swordtail, Luna didn't have to worry about Blue falling for the wrong person or Sundew trying to murder someone. She finally relaxed. That was the moment she remembered Bombardier and Nettle.
