A week later...

"Lan... I think imma pass out again...." Madi says as she falls to the ground and Lando catches her.

Madi is now back at school but still not feeling any better. She & Evie both got suspended for 3 days due to the fight and Madi still hasn't felt ok after it. Evie finally stopped talking to Lando which took some stress off Madi but it didn't matter with how she was feeling. Ever since the fight, she has had a lot of moments where she has passed out but she's still convinced that it's just her feeling ill even though Mason & Lando have both told her to go to the doctors but Madi is too stubborn to do so. They were getting changed for PE when Madi passed out again.

Lando runs to her and catches her in his arms and sits on the ground with her laying on him. Lando's heart drops as he sees how pale she is and how much she is burning up. This time she wakes up a lot quicker than usual and looks at Lando. "I passed out again, didn't I?" she says as Lando nods his head. "Madi, listen to me. You need to see a doctor. I know you don't want to but you really need to" he says to her while she's still laying on him. "I don't need to see a doctor, Lan. I'm fine... it's probably just from the fight" she says which makes Lando slightly annoyed as he puts the back of his hand on her forehead and looks at her. "No, Madi, you are not fine. You have been passing out for a week now and I'm not going to let you brush it off anymore. You need to see a doctor" he says and Madi rolls her eyes before standing up way too quickly than she should have. "Look. Lan, i'm fine-" she says before falling back into his arms as she feels faint again but doesn't fully pass out. Lando's patience starts to run thin as he sees her be this stubborn. "Listen to me, Madi!! I know you keep saying you're fine but you can't keep doing this!!! There could be something seriously wrong with you and we don't know and I'm not letting you go on like this!!!" he yells slightly but not too loud that it gives her a headache. She looks up to him best she can while feeling weaker than ever. "Lan... I'm fine" she says but he completely ignores as he picks her up and takes her to the nurses office. "Madi. You have to go to a doctor. As much as I don't want to sound like a controlling maniac of a boyfriend; I'm going to. You are seeing a doctor and that is it!!!" he says as his temper grows a little bit towards the end of his sentence.

Once they get to the nurses office, they both sit down on the floor. Lando places her head on his lap, looking up at him in case she passes out again. She immediately starts feeling tears in her eyes. "I don't know what's wrong with me... I'm scared, Lan... what if I have some sort of illness or something... what if I'm dying..." she says. "Oh, baby... you're not dying... you might just have a virus or something... or maybe you did get hit on the head too hard... but we should check to be sure. And I promise I will be with you at every single second" he says while stroking her head. She relaxes slightly on his lap and closes her eyes slowly to the feeling of him stroking her head. "I'm just really scared that something is happening to me..." she says. "We will figure it out, baby girl. I've got you and I'm not letting go" he says as he holds her hand with one hand and continues to stroke her head with the other hand. Madi immediately feels herself crying as her voice starts to break. "why am I like this...? why do I keep passing out, Lan...? what's wrong with me...?" she says while crying. "Oh, Madi.. don't cry. Please don't cry, baby. We will figure it out..." he says while trying to hold himself together.

She sits up on his lap facing him and rests her head on his shoulder and falls asleep without noticing. When she wakes up, she notices that she is in her room with Lando's arms wrapped around her waist. "Hey, sleepyhead. How you feeling?" he says as he kisses her cheek. Madi opens her eyes and is almost instantly met with a banging headache. "like shit... my head is banging like I don't know what" she says which makes Lando immediately get up and go to her kitchen. He comes back with some painkillers and some water. "Take this. I can't bear to see you in pain" he says before Madi takes the pill and has a drink. "I'm so fed up of feeling like shit" she says while sitting up with her head in her hands. "I know, baby. It sucks but I promise I will do something to make you feel better" he says while rubbing her back and slowly pulling her on top of him. "I actually don't know how you still love me right now... I'm ugly as hell and I'm such a problem because of me passing out" she says while cuddling into him. "Baby, no. You're so beautiful so don't ever say that you're ugly. And you're not a problem, if anything it makes me want to protect you. Look, I'm not going anywhere and never will. I love you too much. You are my person and I'm so glad I met you" he says while wrapping his arms around her on top of him. "Baby... do you ever wish that you were still living around Bristol?" she asks and Lando freezes for a second as no one has ever asked him that. "Yeah... sometimes... It was kinda nice because we lived not too close to Bristol so it was quite quiet. I miss being there a lot to be honest. Being in the South West, in the countryside. We only moved here because of my dad's business and when we came here I thought that I would never feel at home here, but you made me feel at home. As much as I will always miss being there, I would have never met you if we didn't move here" he says while stroking her head. "Do you ever wish you still lived in Portsmouth?" he asks. "I used to all the time. When we lived in Portsmouth, I still had Stacey, Lewis & Jaz. And Mason didn't have as much attention as he has now. The only reason we moved here was because of Mason's football. We moved and Stacey had already moved to Australia, Lewis had secured his job and Jaz decided to stay there with her boyfriend but not one person asked me what I wanted to do. It was just a case of "Madison, you're coming with us". I didn't get any say in it. But now I'm kinda happy we moved because I would have never met you and I would have never found my happiness" she says before she places a small kiss on his lips. "My life is so much better with you, I love you, Lando" she says. "I love you too, Madison. Forever and Always" he says as he cuddles her to sleep.
